Great big grass areas to walk our dogs. Would be great if the hotel fenced an area in to let the dogs play. Decent place. Looks like they are working hard to renovate

The lady who checked me in was very nice and helpful. The hotel was in the process of renovation. The room was clean and comfortable but it was very noisy and I was unable to sleep. I kept hearing doors open and close. I was in a room located above the entrance and the noise level was disturbing. However, the breakfast was very good.

It was fine. Desk staff was cordial when we arrived at night. The carpet in our room needed shampooing/replacing, and the room felt humid. I passed housekeeping staff several times in the morning, and they were very friendly. The carpet wouldn't be their fault; deep cleaning like that comes from someone over them. Breakfast was good, and coffee was good!

Our room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good. The night was quiet. Everything was clean and nice except the shower curtain. The shower curtain rod was off kilter, and the shower curtain kept sliding to the center of the rod, leaving wide gaps on either side. My kids got water all over the bathroom floor.
There were also only 3 towels for our family of four. Neither were a big deal, just nice of they fixed those things for the next guests.

The room and bathroom were spotless. I like that they put the shampoos and shower soap on the wall inside the shower instead of giving you little bottles. The gym was well maintained and clean, and the breakfast was awesome.

I know we were early for check in time of 3:00 pm, but desk staff wasn’t too friendly at first. We were asked to come back in an 1/2 hr. (We returned to the hotel 45 min. later.)
