Everything was as it should be. Clean updated room. Clean pool. Good breakfast. Ample parking. Close to all of the stores. Great stay!

The property itself was ok, provided what you would need but the rooms could be cleaner. Our sofa had stains all over, cracks in walls and overall maintenance was not really kept. But it's in a very convenient location, walking distance to Walden Galleria, Target and multiple fast food joints.

Nice and clean.

Room was large and accommodating. I know about neutral colors but maybe a little brighter. Not a deal breaker though. Shower was nice and large. Water saver shower head means a little longer in shower. Not a big deal either. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to St. Joseph’s hospital which is what I needed for surgery.

Went up for the Buffalo Bills game, it was conveniently located right off the highway. Main reason I stay here is for the cinnamon rolls on the morning, they’re the best. Also the price is always good.

The property was well maintained

Only negative as the window shades wouldn’t go all the way down so lights shined and we ended up putting pillows in the window.

Ok for a one night stay.

We spoke with Lisa on our way to the hotel, and she was wonderful, letting us check in a bit early! Sadly, it was kind of downhill from there. Parking is NOT plentiful. So getting a spot was challenging. Our room didn’t have a tv remote so we called down and were told to come get one… so we did. It didn’t work. We ended up going out and upon coming back a young man (who was great) came up to help. That remote didn’t work, either. Went and got another one and we finally figured it out! The blind/curtain didn’t close/pull down all the way so there was a good foot of space just open at the bottom of our window. It just so happens the brightest sign on earth was across from our window making it difficult to sleep as it was very, VERY bright, and coming in right the uncovered spot… of course! Our ‘neighbours’ with whom we shared a door/wall were the loudest people ever. Up literally shouting until least 4:30am… The people above us were about to come through our ceiling… I know these are not hotel problems directly, but it added to the compounding issues making our stay not very enjoyable. Thin walls paired with a visible gap at the bottom of the shared door made us feel like we had to whisper.. I only wish our neighbours felt the same way..
