Holiday Inn Express & Suites DAYTON SOUTH - I-675, an IHG Hotel

The hotel staff were super friendly, but it was really weird riding up the elevator with them a couple of times. The housekeeping staff was out in front of our room both mornings, but never cleaned the room or refreshed the towels. They also kind of blocked the elevator with their cleaning cart. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Bed not comfortable compared to our stay here pre covid a few times....needs updates!

My stay was good. All of the employees are very responsive especially Miss Z in the breakfast area. My only complaint is the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. They need to be upgraded.

Our stay at this Holiday Inn was great. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and quiet. Miss Z went above and beyond to make sure breakfast was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff and Miss Z were great. The only downfall for me, which was a big issue, was the parking. I know the snow was difficult for everyone but the parking was horrible. I have physical limitations and your lot was a danger.

Pros: great price, quiet, friendly staff, specifically Ms. Z. who during our morning breakfast was absolutely amazing. She made our day with her kindness and customer service. She really seems to care about the guests and certainly should get some recognition from the company for her job well done. Cons: hot tub being out of order pool didn't seem all that well maintained either- we had to ask for towels which the associate easily got for us but it was a bummer because we were already in the water when we realized we didn't have any towels The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I know this is a personal preference but golly these were flat once you laid your head on them. Not a restful night sleep at all. There appeared to be mold in the bathroom ceiling. The rooms were spacious and comfortable

Stained sheets on bed. They had to give us a whole new set and we had to redo the bed ourselves. The hot tub wasn't working despite the fact that we had called before our stay and were assured it was good. The also had no bottled water or sodas available, even though the website said it was available.

I have been charged for three nights and only stayed one night! We left because we were told the hot tub and pool was working … the hot tub had been closed for maintenance for weeks so they lied about that. The pool was cold and they had no bath towels for the rooms or the pool. The biggest towels we had were hand towels. The front staff was nice but very uninformed! And unacceptable answer when asking for towels is that they run out on weekends because everyone asks for them ! Maybe buy more towels !!!

The indoor pool area was extremely hot, the pool was gross (couldn’t even see bottom of pool), hot tub wasn’t working, our room smelled like cigarette smoke, we reserved our room for 4 people and they only gave us bedding/ towels for 2. The sofa bed they had to bring up bedding for. And the pillows they brought didn’t have pillow cases on them. Requested 1st floor room and were given 4th floor.

As always ,staying here,is always a pleasant time! The staff are always very accommodating with a warm, inviting, personality. The rooms are very tidy. There was a few things i noticed that may have been missed in the cleaning department. Just some more detail but those are easy fixes to be reminded. Breakfast is always so delicious! So many varieties of options(super nice) Definitely have to shout out to Z ,in the kitchen! She is a wonderful addition to the stay and wonderful customer service. Very down to earth and passionate person! (Raise?!! ,I think so!!) The hot tub wasnt working ,that was a bummer. Any other time ,it is. Maybe just call before. Me and my son had a wonderful little stay for his birthday and i really love that this is a great place for that memory!
