Holiday Inn Express Irwin (PA TPK Exit 67) by IHG

Love the breakfast and super comfortable bed! Enjoyed the nearby walmart on the hill.

We had to stop here for one night on our multi state drive, it was super easy on and off the turnpike and clean, updated rooms with comfortable beds and pillows and great breakfast. Exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. This will be part of our annual drive home after the holidays moving forward.

Outstanding

The hotel was convenient and my room had an excellent fridge and microwave, which I loved. Great cable selections, too. The staff was very friendly and had decorated the lobby with beautifully wrapped gifts. We had our picture taken with them!

Super comfortable stay, squeaky clean room. I was worried about being right by the elevator but couldn't hear a thing.

The hotel was clean and desk lady was nice but bathtub didnt drain so wasn't able to shower and there was no maintenance to fix or any other accommodations to fix the problem. Very dissatisfied will never stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the sink in the bathroom and it was taken care of very promptly. And the best thing - the breakfast was wonderful! We would recommend.

In town for a visit to Pitt. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend!!!

The room was comfortable, beds were a little too high but once in bed I didn't want to get out. The night light in the bathroom was great.

The shower was not very clean.

It is close to where I want to be when in Irwin. Good breakfast spread.

Hotel bed had a stain on the comforter. The bathroom tub had hair in it that wasn’t mine.

I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room at the end of the hallway on the top floor - at 2 AM an EXTREMELY LOUD compressor which pressurizes the fire sprinkler system came on in the emergency staircase next to the room - I called the front desk to ask what was going on and how long it would continue, they said it happens all the time and they can't control what time of day or night this compressor that sounds like a jackhammer goes off, and that I should speak to the woman at the front desk the next morning - I spoke to her, she couldn't offer me any sort of credit for being woken up in the middle of the night (I was up for two hours) and gave me a number to call - I called Holiday Inn and filed a complaint, they said the manager would get back to me but they never did - this is very clearly a known issue and while I told them it would be easy to put a timer on the compressor so that they weren't waking up hotel patrons (even showed them where the timer would be installed in the system, see photos) they obviously don't care and are not going to call me back - the hotel was really not that great anyways, East Pittsburgh near the highway but this was really the icing on the cake so I would recommend looking anywhere else - Holiday Inn express is usually fairly reliable but apparently not this one - STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Being older, it would have been nice to have a walk-in shower instead of tub/shower combination...also, it would have been nice to have a lever door handle on the bathroom instead of a knob

The hotel is dirty and needs some work. The toilet ran non-stop and the air conditioning sounds like an airplane taking off The bathroom was dirty.

We got in late and the lady at the front desk already had a room assigned and cards prepared and the check in took a minute - thank you!!! Stayed for the night, comfortable as any IHG hotel we stayed at.

It was convenient.

Clean and updated property. Doors closing down the hallway were noisy. Breakfast was great - large selection. Overall good place to stay
