Holiday Inn Express VENICE, an IHG Hotel

All the above...my mom loss her home and you made us/her feel very welcomed during our stay

Old and out dated. Had musty smell and dirty. Won’t stay there again.

Great bed very comfortable. Breakfest was as you would expect but it saves a breakfest stop when you get out. Great location tight on. 75.

The hotel was good Clean not a ton of amenities close to hotel.

Hotel was clean but not in very good shape. The light on the desk wouldn’t work in my room, toilet was loose, and in the morning the live tv would not connect. The room was clean and the shower worked well.

The property was adequate for what we needed, but needs some updating. Poor lighting in the hallways, especially the first floor.

Stay started well, very clean hotel, now the bad part. I did not know this was a dog hotel. I was trying to sleep as I had a busy day the next day and they put 3 rooms with overly barking dogs right next to my room. These dogs barked constantly for hours. I tried to call the front desk and the in room phone didn’t work. I went to the front desk and there was no one there. I finally got the front desk person after going downstairs 3 times. I told him of the issue and he was rude about the issue and said he would handle it, now he knew what was going on. 2 hours later I had enough and left, with the dogs still barking. I could not believe they didn’t offer any sort of discount or refund for a miserable stay.

New and clean, friendly staff, close to shops and food, beach, parking with electric chargers

The hotel seems older, but everything is clean and the staff was very friendly.

There was a dog barking in the room next to me, i was not aware dogs were allowed, other than that it was nice.

made reservation and when i got there an hour later they were overbooked. they said they couldn't prevent that...

The property was just off the Interstate and very conveniently located. It was quiet and the front desk staff were nice. However, we did see a cockroach on one of our room walls and also centipede in the bathroom!!

Hotel is in renovation. So beds are new and floors etc. Maybe the renovation is not the best most meticulous job. But at least its clean. Really like it says. No frills, small room, clean and you get to sleep for a reasonable price.

Was a very clean hotel. Was easy to get on and off the interstate and was close to restaurants and shopping.
