Holiday Inn Express WINNEMUCCA, an IHG Hotel

Staff was extremely courteous and the property was very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay there again.

Room was big. Staff was really nice and helpful. Some of the linen in the closet was dirty and you can hear the cars outside

I was amazed in that the computer and the printer actually worked...and they had paper in the unit. I travel ALL the time. Believe me!! This that I found at the HI was perfect. Also, the lady at the front desk(Cindy) was perfect. Very willing to help.

The building was well maintained. I would suggest requesting the 3rd floor or ask for nobody to be above you cause i could count every step that was taken from the family above us. Breakfast was excellent.

Very clean, accessible property, very nice breakfast, we are on the second floor near the elevator. It was mainly the floor up above us was pretty loud, so the sound in the room was a little high, not sure what you can do about that but overall in a nice hotel

Quick and handy, but noisy heater. Drops of blue cleanser left on bathroom counter, did not look like it got a final wipedown. All else ok.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Biggest issue was it shares a wall a casino that wasn’t shared on the listing and made the lobby and most of the hallways smell like cigarette smoke and was noisy.

I can’t believe this hotel has received positive reviews! It was shocking to pull up and see an attached casino. The lobby was clean but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Our room was on the third floor overlooking the parking lot which had very bright lights above it. They were shining into our room ALL NIGHT LONG even with the blackout shades in place. They were so bright, my kids woke us up multiple times thinking it was breakfast time. The beds were adequate but the bathroom was so horribly renovated. The door frame had many rusting spots, the door handle hung down and was very hard to open, and the door itself had a large deteriorating spot on it that was painted over!!!!! The floor tile was falling apart, tub spout wasn’t even connected to the shower wall?? Insane that this was such an expensive hotel for the area. Not even worth $100 per night. The breakfast had many options but not much that was actually edible. Overall a very bad experience and I’ll never stay there again.

Front Desk Staff tried to be helpful, but the person who checked us in had a difficult time with English and was very abrupt.

King room had plenty of room and storage. Very clean and comfortable with king size pillows too.

Nice but recommend top floor because ceiling thin and we heard people above us walking around all night.

Had an excellent 4 night stay. Staff was very kind. Only downside was that there wasn’t a hot tub.

Spacious, clean room, comfy bed, 55" TV and easy access to Hwy. 80 and Hwy. 95

Check in was great with complimentary cookies, water and snack bar. Breakfast generous and tasty with good selection. Nice, clean and bright room with excellent lighting. Best place we’ve stayed for the price.
