Holiday Inn OKLAHOMA CITY NORTH-QUAIL SPGS, an IHG Hotel

Had an handicap accessible room and the heater didn't work. They gladly switched us rooms, but it was a handicap accessible room.

Good accommodations

The facility was clean. There were a few dining options within walking distance with many more dining options a short drive away.

We have stayed at this Hotel a couple of times now, while visiting our son and his family in Edmond. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the room has always been clean and comfortable. We will continue to stay here when visiting family.

Reception desk clerk prioritized flirting with some guy and chatting on her phone before acknowledging me. No hello, no welcome, just looked at me while she started typing telling her friend on the phone that she had someone to check in. Still took her a minute before she hung up and then proceeded to ask if I was checking in. It is clean but lobby and room felt musty. There are no usb plugins in the room, bring a wall charger.

They use dove products I thought was amazing the room was very clean. The bathroom was nice but the ceiling was coming apart. Other than that I would definitely stay again

Showed up was giving a room on the second floor to find out it was not ready. Went downstairs to be given a room and that wasn’t ready. At room 4. I finally was able to rest my head.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Check in and out went smooth and quick. Will stay again when needed.

The bed was very uncomfortable. You could actually feel the springs. Everything else was fine.

The pictures are deceiving false advertising. I ordered a suite that had a room with a chair and a ottoman I get there there is no ottoman they don't have ottomans it was the only way for my mom to sleep comfortable. The rooms are dirty the couch was dirty when you walk in to the left there's a dirty fish tank the chairs are dirty stained up. We go upstairs on the elevator on the wall there's something spilled all over the wall. The bedroom area was clean in the sweet but the couch with the pull-out bed was filthy and nasty the mattress was flat then I had to ask for sheets to go on it and I had to go downstairs to get them. I will never stay at this hotel again it was filthy it smell like mildew in the hallway carpets had never been cleaning. The only good point about this hotel was the coffee in the hallway.

Property needs some updating. No air in the AC elevator. Some cosmetic flaws in the room, previous wall fixtures damage to the walls, peeled paint in the bathroom. I would say the most disgusting thing I seen were the stains on the couch bed mattress. Brown stains!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, I had breakfast and the lady working in there was a nice treat!

Hotel was nice. There was a loud noise repeatedly above us all night long that shook the room. Said something to front desk with no help. Woke us up repeatedly.
