Holiday Inn SALINA, an IHG Hotel

Has an upscale feel in downtown Wichita which has been revitalized. Good staff and nice rooms.

The room was in need of repair. The staff was friendly and very helpful in every way from check in, dining and bar to check out. The hotel was easy to access and although the outside weather was very cold, the warmth of the hotel and the staff made you forget it was winter.

Easy check in. Quiet area and felt safe.

They were very nice and friendly.

I remember when we visited before that it was cleaner and the furniture was so beat up. Unfortunately, we feel that we didn’t get a good bang for our buck.

The doors to each are so loud when people come and go out of their rooms!

It was fine for an overnight stay. Very clean comfortable with a great breakfast.

Close to I- 35 Management skills and PR lacking. My first room had a periodic beep on the fire alarm- indicating it needed a new battery. The front Manager( questionable) said when maintenance changes a room battery , that sets off all the smoke alarms- changing rooms is the solution. Didn’t offer service to reload my luggage and move me to an additional room- simply-“ Come down and get another room key.”When I arrived at the front desk, she slammed the key on the counter and walked away. ????? This is customer service- not for me.

The air conditioNer in room 209 could be plaCed ia better spot.

Booked last minute. Was quiet and clean. Check in was ideal and friendly.

Staff was great checked in at 200am I was tired went to bed and left.
