I did called for two hours to cancel and review the dates but until passing those hours I finally got an Agent to tell me to call Hotels.com with the cancellation information. I’m expecting your hotel to review an email from Hotels.com (Expedia) to confirm my booking cancellation

Hard to know where to start. (1) The room was not clean. Toilet plugged with poop and paper. Floors grimy. (2) Waited outside in the rain at 12:30 AM for THIRTY MINUTES before the inside person would acknowledge me and get me my keycard. (3) Every employee I talked with (3 people) was surly, uncaring and dismissive. (4) When I asked for a refund the response was, "I'm not authorized to make adjustments," then she turned away and disappeared. (5) After repeated requests, the front desk person loaned me a toilet plunger so I could clean the toilet out myself. No apologies were offered. At no time did I yell, use abusive language or show disrespect. I've traveled for many years. In all those years there were maybe 2 or 3 places I'd never get near again. This is definitely one of them.

If i could give less than a 1 star I would first of all hide your kids hide ya wives that place can't be safe. The air quality felt off, the room had a moldy mildew smell to it. There seemed to be water damage & honestly the pictures don't do it justice this place was horrible. I immediately went downstairs and asked for my money back. I was afraid to touch anything I was afraid for my safety and health well being they truly are cat fishing with pictures. This hotel is a Motel the 1 star goes to the young lady at the front desk who was very kind & understanding of the situation who immediately refunded my deposit. I was told i'd have to work with Expedia who i booked with to try and get a full refund on this horrible stay but best believe I did following up. Now me and my family ended up stranded in a city we're not from i was told by the hotel who gave me the deposit refund i would be getting a full refund i was then told by Expeida the same thing over the phone, i was told by Gabriella the Manager with Expedia that i was not going to get a refund because the hotel is not answering their emails or phone calls so since they cant get ahold of anyone the answer is NO i asked her is this how businesses work you cant get in touch with your partner hotels and you just says oh well too bad, the lack of help in this situation is frustrating. SHAME on everyone involved DO NOT STAY HERE hell i didnt i wouldnt put my wrost enemy here also pictures dont match the property total Catfish!

ROACHES! Listed as 2-star, & we’ve stayed at many 2-star hotels, so did not take time to read reviews (first grave mistake). Right away saw roaches in room, had to kill 5 or 6. Was already 10 p.m., so went down to front desk to tell why we would check out next morning instead of staying 2 nights. They offered no help, no sympathy, no refund since it was booked thru a third party. Also asked me, "Did you read the reviews?", as if the roaches were my fault. Also said it’s "normal" since it’s sub-tropical. (What about all the hotels w/ NO roaches?) That night yet, we had third-party service find/book better place nearby, & they would try for a refund, so we were relieved. In morning, killed 2 more. (But hotel morning manager confirmed reservation was non-refundable, offered no help.) We planned to get out, but when talked to new hotel, there was an error, & new reservation got canceled. We felt stuck, not wanting to lose $100, & with "only" 6 roaches, thought we could tough it out, so we kept second night (second grave mistake). Returning that night after day’s activities, had another dozen roaches to kill. And that was only the beginning. Thru the night any time we would turn on lights, we found more roaches had come out, so we lost hours of sleep dealing with roaches until things quieted down. Who wants dirty roaches crawling on them at night? Other photo shows filth: took a moistened tissue & rubbed it along floor at edge of baseboard, & tissue was black & full of hairs.

Every night we had to be killing roaches and other insects in the rooms. There was leaking and molds in bathroom ceiling, water was actually dripping from the bathroom ceiling. There was noise from room above, and fighting in parking lots, there was noise nuisance. Smoke and roach scent in the rooms were unbearable, we had to buy air freshener. We were sick and stuffy. We was there for 9 days no change of towels and no room service. Ac vent and sprinkle need cleaning. Our kids has allergies, it was not a good experience.

This stay was a stop on a multi-day road trip to the Florida Keys and back. My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair. This room was listed as “accessible”, but although it was on the ground floor, there were few accommodations for disabled people in the room, and the bathroom floor was dirty. The shower required a step that he was unable to make, so he couldn’t shower. We made do, but I don’t feel that the room should have been listed as accessible. That being said, the bed was comfortable and there was a refrigerator, which were pluses.

Wasn’t able to check in Friday night due to nobody being in the front office (although I had already asked and was told somebody was there at all times). Had to get a hotel room somewhere else at 2:30am. The next day when I was finally able to check in, I walked in to my room to find how disgusting it really is. Undid the bedsheets and there were cockroaches on them. Couldn’t bring myself to stay there so had to book somewhere else for the remainder of my trip. 0/10. Do not recommend. Need a refund ASAP.

The prices are cheap but the room was infected with cockroaches even inside the fridge and over the bathroom. On the outside the hall was urinated. Best sped a little more money and stay on a better place.

The receptionist is amazing. SADLY the whole are smells like weed/marijuana. We come to the room to find bugs in the room, roach in the sink and the whole room smells like marijuana. And im traveling with my small kid. Also feel unsafe with so many homeless people and group of people hangout and playing loud explicit music with some people doing car tuning and fixing their beat up car on the property as if they are running a workshop on the parking lot. We left after 5 mins check into our room and NEVER intended to stay again.
