Nice location

I understand the hotel is used for long term stay and I felt like mostly construction workers. And that’s great, but please wipe down the outside of the doors. They had a lot of dirty doors on the 4th floor.

The floors were terrible and dirty. I booked 2 big rooms and paid alot of money to find Dog Poop in the room and worst by to bed were I sleep. That right there made my stay the worst. My family had the other room not knowing at check out she told the lady they too had dog poop in their room. If I knew that I would have not had them stay there. Me was bad enough but my family shouldn’t have to deal with that.

Dog Poop!!! The floors were very dirty. Paid hundreds of dollars to walk in and having to clean dog poop up in my room.

We were lucky and had a quiet room again but the breakfast was the most amazing breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. There was Berea Taco station, eggs, sausage, biscuits, everything you could think and they were cooking it back there serving it. It wasn't pre-made. Amazing!

Very kind and friendly checkin staff! Housekeeping went above and beyond to assist us with an early check in. Wonderful steak and egg breakfast. Large rooms that were comfortable. Location felt safe. TOP NOTCH service all around. We haven’t had a hotel stay this great in a very long time.

Had a horrible experience here. We are a family of 6 with 4 small children. We booked a room with a king and 2 queens. The only reason we looked here is because of the suite option and having enough comfortable space for our family. When we got there they said that they overbooked and so they put us in 2 rooms which was obviously not possible with 4 kids. Then she moved us to another room with 2 queens and a tiny pull out couch that didn’t fit our kids. She offered no apology and when I asked about the price of the room being cheaper (because we paid for the larger room) she said we already had a discount because we booked through a 3rd party. This was an airport hotel and I also booked here because of the free breakfast, which wasn’t open until 7 am and we had to leave at 6:00. Overall we got nothing we paid for and no apology for overbooking and moving our room. The type of room matter a lot when you’re traveling with a lot of little kids. The service was awful.

The hotel is getting run down. It had a broken couch is the dinky lit hallway to our room. The elevator was unreliable on its commands and felt off. The hallways and the room could have been cleaner. The dishes were dirty in the cupboard. It was a large two bedroom suite with kitchen and I loved the amount of space. This hotel does NOT offer free wifi and the tv would take long glitchy pauses inbetween channels with no guide channel. Pool was outdoor and closed for the season. The breakfast was amazing. One of the best. But overall I wouldnt stay here again for the price and lack of amenities.

Everything was perfect. Fast service. They had the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The room was very smelly like onion. We brought it to the attention of the front desk and they offered an air freshener but when we went down to get it they didn’t have on so the offered a spray. It masked the smell but we smelled like the onion smell all the next day after we checked out. The breakfast was fine but many items were out, as in they were waiting for a delivery. The hot water in the shower was sketchy. My kids got a hot shower but my wife put up with a cold shower because she thought it was out of hot water. Turns out the faucet is touchy and has to be shaken to get the hot water. We were fine but the hotel is falling into disrepair and seems to be lacking some attention.

It was clean. Great rooms, great staff. Nice breakfast. Loved it. Would recommend and stay here again!

The two ladies at the checkin counter were super. Needed to drop off a rental car. The hotel shuttle was there quickly to pick us up after doing so. Great service to everyone.

Our room was great & very spacious but Livingroom TV was difficult to control (a little irritating) Dishwasher wasnt working ( maintenance told us that the control board was out and the company wasn't replacing it or giving them enough money to replace it apparently it causes $125 on Amazon and the TV was replaced but the cables won't connect properly. Maintenance came and informed us. Breakfast was amazing & 1 very atentative staff.

A bit old and run down. Beds were adequate.

We needed a handicap room with a roll in or walk in shower and bars next to the toilet so we found one advertised at Homewood Suites and reserved it on 9/4 for a 10/23 arrival. When we arrived they had no handicap room for us that met our needs Jennifer was wonderful and tried us in 3 different rooms but none were sufficient. We took the last one but the lack of the proper room severely hampered us having the reunion weekend we had long planned. Wendy, the manager, adjusted our room rate, but even our checkout was screwed up.

It’s a really really comfortable place with lots of amenities but I like the most is that is a very clean quiet place / En pocas palabras me encantó quedarme aquí 👌
