So convenient that the subway is located a few feet away from the property. It is nice and quiet and very clean.

I had an amazing time however, my only gripe is parking. The hotel was sold out and the parking lot was at capacity. This forced me to park my car on the streets and I was not comfortable with that.

Great location. Great room. Only complaint: advertised my room had a "city view" and though it had beautiful west-facing windows and a balcony, it was on the second floor, so all I could see was the side of the highway.

The staff were super nice, and the manager was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were fresh and clean. The bathroom was neat and modern. The restaurant on the first floor had friendly staff, and the food was quite tasty.
However, there were some minor issues I’d like to mention. The room didn’t look like the pictures shown online. There was no chair or table in the room. Additionally, they charged two fees: a destination fee of about $40.71 per night and another fee listed on the receipt as "other fee," but its purpose was unclear.

The L train is right outside the door for super easy access into Manhattan and our room was so quiet even though the freeway was right below. Very comfortable and clean and the lobby cafe has good coffee. My husband really liked the gym. Even with all the positives, I still think it is a bit expensive. I would still shop around next trip and if I could find a deal, I would stay again.

Hotel needs improvements. Maintenance seemed not up to date. Room had loose things like nightstands, which were unusually small as well, there was no space to even set the cell phone, as it had a desk phone tied to to it so you couldn’t even get it out of the way so you could actually use the nightstand.

I liked everything about this hotel except the parking situation, which is a challenge anywhere in NYC so you can't really hold it against them. They advertise on-site parking but the garage was full when I got there. They sent me to another parking garage around the block, a shady cash-only place. Anyway, if you're planning to bring your car make sure to check in early if you can. Location is fantastic - right next to the L train that goes straight to Manhattan, and right in the middle of a cool neighborhood. Bed was so-so.

Beds were low platforms that were like sleeping on cement. Got a knock on the door for room cleaning. Asked them to give us an hour and they never returned. Had to ask twice to have room cleaned second night. Paid in full on Expedia and had to pay another $120 in junk fees for “facilities” on the way out.

no heat nor hot water for the first 12hrs of the stay. changed room twice as the heat wasnt working. ended up spending the first night in a room at 56F. only realized it was a systemic issue when several people were complaining the next day. staff did not offer any

The room was not as pictured. A huge ceiling light and no functioning lamps in the room. Terrible lighting. We asked for a lamp to be able to read and they brought one up from storage 2 days after requesting it and it had mice droppings on it. Housekeeping was very poor. No wash. Clothes. When I finally got some housekeeping took them away! Kurig in room but housekeeping never replenished the pods. Shower floor is polished marble and very slick. We put towels down and were told “you have to ask for a shower matt”. Room s garbage was not emptied.
