I did like that they helped me to have a couch in the room
so my husband who has health concerns could have another place to sit beside the bed.
No one was at the desk when we arrived at 2pm but called for someone to come out. The beds were comfortable but things around the room were in disrepair. Also, they didn't have a breakfast which was advertised.

Checking in is sketchy. Dirty sofas everywhere and filthy kitchen. Don’t think housekeeping even goes in that area. The smell that the hotel has is disgusting. Smells like mold and curry combo. Bedding also has a smell never the less towels were stained. The light in the bathroom had sensor on it and only last for a second leaving you showering in the dark. Stayed one night and never never again. Don’t bother booking it looks nothing like the pics. Never the less snow was not even cleared from parking areas. Definitely needs a complete renovation. Don’t bother booking

Overall a good hotel. Nothing super fancy. Pool was alright. Rooms were nice. Hotel feels outdated when you walk in. Affordable but expect to get what you paid for. A hotel room with outdated microwaves and fridges. This hotel could use a make over!

If i had to choose where to stay again, this hotel would not be it. The gentleman at the front desk was not helpful, he had to keep stopping what he was doing to confirm things by someone else. The pillows were not comfortable, im not even sure you could call them pillows they were so flat.
There were areas that things were take off a wall but they left the old paint and holes there for anyone to see. In the bathroom there was paint that was bubbling, the sink was cracked in multiple places (still functional). The lobby looked like they got whatever furniture they could find and just threw it together, 3-4 different sofas that were all different plus chairs. After all the negatives I will say it seemed clean.

Room was outdated and dirty. Tiles were cracked around the jacuzzi. There was no hot water when we checked in and had to wait for maintenance. The area was very convenient.

This hotel is below standard . Broken and unsightly window treatment. No coffee marker in room, no hotel breakfast set up.
Very low pressure showers, motion sensor lighting in bathroom turns off quickly, leaving you showering in the dark.

The staff was very nice. However, I found a HUMAN HAIR on the bath towel!!! And I am sure the hair was not from head!!! Unbelievable! The bed was used, not washed!!!

It was good, no front desk after 9pm have to use back access door using key card, no phone in room so no wake up call, curtains for big windows didn’t close all the way so sunlight came in at sunrise.
