The hotel's condition is excellent, but the star of the show is the location! Walking distance to many historical sites and more restaurants and bars than anyone can visit; even if given a full week. We will definitely be back.

Nice hotel. No coffee options in our room. Had to get dressed and go to the lobby to get coffee before getting ready for the day. Weird.

First time visiting this hotel, so glad I picked it for my boyfriend's birthday. The concierge and Vivian was so helpful with picking out and decorating the room for his surprise stay. The location was so conveniently close to everything. We really enjoyed our stayed.

The location is great, right next to the Liberty Bell. It's an easy walk to many restaurants and even the Walnut Street Theater which is the oldest theater in the United States!!

Nice hotel with a great view of Independence Hall. Love the hotel, but wish they served coffee in the lobby after 10 o'clock on weekends. Kind of an early cut off for Saturday and Sunday.

The only thing missing was a coffee maker in the room. Coffee was available in the lobby at 7:00 am but we are early risers and would have liked it earlier. Nice wine reception at 5 pm.

The hotel is a very comfortable hotel in an excellent part of downtown Philadelphia. Above all, we enjoyed the unusual interior design, which set it apart from most hotels of its quality.

Great location. Room was a bit shabby considering the price with peeling wallpaper and blackout curtain coming off its rod. In addition, if you’re gonna have quirky Knick knacks in the rooms like dog shaped lamps and coral and fake candles, make sure to dust them.

Impressive lobby. Great walkable location. Staff was generally friendly. But our room was in need of TLC. Rips in carpet, scuffed baseboards, window sills, and doors. And it took 15 minutes to get hot water. When I called guest services about it, they were not friendly. And maintenance "fixed" the issue by just letting the water run (very friendly maintenance guy though). Not sure if this was just my room or the whole property.
