The fire alarm at 3:00 AM was horrible. The waiter at the restaurant told us the next morning that it goes off every few days. The food was amazing and the restaurant staff wonderful. Tempted to not stay there again due to the chance of a false alarm in the middle of the night, but the restaurant and the proximity to the airport will be hard to resist.

Great staff hotel and restaurant. Clean room. Needs updating. Left for a very early flight and tram area was scary. Tram is old!

Great reception, easy check-in, wonderful restaurant (ask for Dave as a food server); comfortable, clean room. Only drawback: someone pulled a fire alarm at 3 am - and we really weren’t able to get back to sleep, as we had an early flight; easy check-out and good underground subway connection to the airport terminaks

I was unable to get anything for dinner after I arrived because there is only a pub and no one came to take my order. The 3 AM fire alarm and evacuation meant that I had little to no food and sleep. Very disappointed

The clock radio alarm went off at 2:00am and then a false fire alarm went off at 3:00 am. No excuse for the clock radio alarm; that should be checked when they turn over and clean the room.

It is an airport hotel. You could hear the planes and there was only one place to eat at the hotel. Fine for an overnight stay on your way to somewhere else.
