Clean suite with nice amenities. Parking was easy, and we felt safe- need key card to access elevator to guest rooms which is good. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely return!

Brand new hotel, steps away from Amtrak station and also steps away from restaurants. Staff was very helpful in making recommendations. Views of the Bay are amazing. The room itself is spacious.

Beautiful and clean. Safe area. Check-in staff was super friendly, can't say much about the 5 am staff. The female staff was rude. Other than that everything was perfect. Highly recommend. Clean and quiet. Safe and lots of parking with security patrolling.

It's a nice hotel. Clean, good free breakfast, huge TV in the room. It is very convenient to the Amtrak station. The area around the hotel is nearly un-walkable. Busy five lane roads surround the hotel, the "WALK" signs take forever to illuminate, acres of parking lots. It's not a pedestrian friendly area.

Great staff!! Room was comfortable and view was beautiful. Only issue was power outlet in bathroom did not work including reset button. We were only here one night and discovered the morning we were checking out thus did not call for maintenance (it was fine). Reported when we checked out. Staff was very apologetic and encouraged to call for maintenance which I explained we improvised. They took note of the issue so hopefully it was fixed for the next guests.

Largish room overlooking the train station. Comfortable bed, large walkin shower. Had a microwave and fridge. No safe in room. Easy access to train station. Would stay again.

Money-grabbing Hyatt is not a flexible hotel. Due to a child's illness, I had to cut short my 4-day trip to just one night. Unfortunately, I booked via Expedia and chose a non-refundable rate, which I will never do again. Expedia called the hotel to get approval for a lesser amount, and because there was no manager on duty, I was denied and ended up paying over $800 for one night. (The Hyatt rep simply had to say, "Yes.") I clearly would have paid a penalty or for two nights and did not blame Expedia who made the effort to call the hotel. (I was standing right there when they called.) Basically, the hotel is going to charge Expedia, so they have to charge me. I get it, but of course I believe a company representative should be empowered to read the situation, I am not likely to choose Hyatt again, and I'll likely not use Expedia's "cheap" rates again, either.
