It takes forever for the staff to attend your needs. Even by just simple asking for extra towel, u need to go down to the receptionist to get what u need. The only good thing is the free breakfast which most of the hotels in DC area u need to pay extra for breakfast. The hotel is decent.

One of the bed lamps were missing and the outlet also did not work. The bathroom door would not say open. It was a glass sliding door we had to prop it open with a show. Sleeper sofa did not have bedding and when we asked for some they gave us 2 fitted sheets nothing else. The parking price was absolutely crazy. It says 65 a day but in the end I was charged 230 for 3 days. Will not be staying again.

Upon arrival, my family of 5 (3 children and my husband and I) check in and we are told they over book and now have to separate us. First put us in rooms not close to each other then after an hour find us rooms closer. We then have to figure out how to separate everything. Get to floor and room- the rugs weren’t vacuumed. The bathroom was not cleaned, and there were used toiletries. The shower head left red marks on my children after they showered due to the water pressure.

There were no luggage carts and front desk said they didn't have any. The shower door was missing, and the curtain they hung had hairs and gross things on it. Neither the air conditioner or the heater worked and the temperature was uncomfortable during our entire stay. We called asking for an extra pillow and were told we couldn't have one because it was not for the pullout bed. The property did not have feminine products.

It was freezing in the room and the temperature dropped even further to 16 degrees during night time. I had to go down to the reception to ask for help at 3:00 am. Technician could not fix AC(faulty thermostat), so they ended up shutting it down and offering us additional blankets. All this happened with outside temperature had been as low as -6DecC…

The hotel itself was nice. I did have an issue with parking. There was no lot or garage and only offered valet for $65 so we were told we’d have to search for parking which took over an hour and a long walk in the freezing cold.

Didn’t like the attitude of the staff at arrival.. also I requested maintenance in my room and never came, I book for 5 people and requested extra sheets that never received .. Room not very clean and window shade broken. Even for one night the experience was not very pleasant.

This has to be the most badly run hotel I’ve stayed in. Individual staff were lovely, but the problems started as soon as I arrived. All doors are locked and require a key swipe 24/7, which tells you something about the location. Staff are meant to release doors using the intercom, but they were all so busy, it took a couple of attempts. The reason why became apparent at check in - the key writing system wasn’t working. I assumed this was an unfortunate one off, but when I sympathized with the receptionist who had to accompany everyone to their room, she said she was used to it, because it happened all the time. The other major problem was that I selected the hotel because it had a restaurant. I knew I’d be working in my room in the evenings, and didn’t want to have to spend the time going out. However, the bar/restaurant didn’t open for the entirety of my 5 night stay, and reception staff kept saying that it should be open, but it never did. They shouldn’t be advertising a facility like that if it’s not operating, and if an unexpected problem arises then communicate it with your own staff and customers. I would not stay here again.

The heat wasn't working, and although the staff knew it, they didn't inform me. Only when I noticed that the room wasn't getting any warmer and I called the front desk, they offered to move me to a different room (it was 1:00 am). I was with my two kids and it was a terrible night. Breakfast was terrible!
