My only complaint is that the caulking in the tub/shower was dark in some areas, which makes it look unclean. Everything else was clean and comfortable.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, very hard. The back support of the black desk chair was broken so didn’t sit on that.
Iron in the room but no ironing board so that was a failure.
When we arrived in the room I didn’t notice the window was left open over 4 inches. Although we had the heater on I didn’t check the window believing that it would have been shut. So obviously it was a very cold night.
I have been a patron here numerous time and I can see the decline in this hotel.

For some reason, we were put in a room that was literally in the second floor elevator lobby. There were only a few cars in the parking lot so it looked like it would be quiet. We checked in at 7 pm and were staying so that I could get my wife to the Boise airport at 3:30 am the next morning. We got to bed at 8 pm and a family with kids were placed in the room next to us. They screamed and ran all over the place until 10:30 when I went to the front desk to complain. This didn't include the disruptions due to a large dog barking in the hall from 8:30 to 9:30 pm. I told the front desk I had to be up in 4 hours and they put a family with small kids in a room right next to us when there had to be multiple other empty rooms. The front desk people were totally unconcerned with my complaint so I went to the room and told them to stop the noise. I will never stay here again.

We really enjoyed out stay. Unfortunately the first room we were given had a broken door that wouldn't close. But after a brief talk with the front desk attendant, he was able to move us to a different room. Other than that, our stay was very nice with no issues.
