Overall it was good one however the next morning, breakfast was half missing. No eggs & sausage at all… was there at 7:15am for it but nothing (or fruit?)… Another guest walked out because much was missing that usually is offered. Stayed here before and it was good so thought we try again… not sure now.

The hotel needs some upkeep and maintenance. Rooms need new carpet and walls need patch work, see a lot of bubbles from water damage. Also, I asked if I can stay until 3pm to check out and they told me they don’t offer that service even though the email said I can check out late made it inconvenient for me since my flight didn’t leave until 4 and had 3 hours to spare. Reception had no knowledge of what you offer for late check outs.

There was blood on the side of commode. (The picture is after i sprayed cleaner on it) Roaches and i was not pleased. Staff was LAZY & GHETTO. I could not get a broom after hours eventhough I'm sure they had one. I did not get

The staff was accommodating and responsive to any request. I had to change rooms after the first night. The hvac system was above the room, very noisy. The new room's sink and bathroom light didn't work. The sink was fixed but not the light. The walls in the bathroom needed some work. The room was clean and warm. Breakfast was good and the dining area was clean. The person doing breakfast kept it clean and stocked. I would stay there again.

Laquita is one of my favorite places to stay normally but the experience at this location was the worse hotel experience I’ve ever had. The man to check us in was was rude and didn’t belong in a position that greets customers. We were told incorrect information when asked for a manager or corporate number. Once in the suite it smelled like a dead animal and the room did not look like it has been well kept. There were 2 roaches crawling in the bed and when the front desk was made aware, they didn’t seem surprised and in no way tried to make it right for us. We asked for a manager at checkout(alittle before 11) and was told the manager was already gone for the day! I’d rate 0 stars if allowed. I do not recommend staying at this location or any of the places in the immediate area.

The carpet in the facility was old, Dirty, and wrinkled with possible fall risk. The employees were hateful and disrespectful. There wasn’t a tv remote in the room and I was told to ask for one in the morning. I was only staying for one night s their response was negligent. I would never stay here again!

Room size is excellent. The bed was very comfortable. A minor annoyance with the refrigerator beeping for an hour or two. I didn't report it because it was too late in the evening when I returned and found it beeping. By morning, it has stopped. I would book again.

Upon check in, I was greeted by a less than friendly desk assistant. I was given my keys and went to my room. We found the shower had no handles to turn in the water. Went back to the desk for assistance. She advised us that maintenance was gone for the day. After a few minutes of back and forth we were begrudgingly given a new room. This room did not have a functioning thermostat. So, you have to crawl under a desk to turn on the AC. When we advised the same desk assistant of this issue, her response was “oh”. The unsightly homeless camp directly across the street was a bit unsettling as well
