Wonderful stay in Miami. Got passes for the beach (2 chairs and an umbrella) and $1 happy hour. Pool was beautiful and staff were super friendly! Definitely will book again for next year!

All of it was average, one of the 2 elevators did not work, had to walk to the 5th floor sometimes, the room was cleaned only one day out for 4, breakfast and dining was very limited. Overall facilities are outdated. No balconies or patios. The room was fairly big but would benefit from extra chair or at least some table. The only good thing was location - in the beech and close to actions. Reasonably clean.

Very good location by the beach, the hotel is very clean and in very good condition but the room was on the street and we hardly slept due to the noise, on top of that one bed was cracking every time we moved… very annoying espacially for the hotel standard.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Im in love with the backyard area. I love that it’s steps away from the beach. The hotel food is pretty good also. There’s many other restaurants ALL AROUND, so you have plenty of options. The staff are pleasant and nice. I haven’t had any issues of all 3 times staying here. The only thing I wish they had were Continental breakfast! The hotel is clean and family friendly.

Hotel is very outdated. Everything is made to look presentable. Room and bathroom ceilings are showing bubble leaks and peeling. Was told the bar was open to till 10 to serve food then they wouldn't serve us. Saying they were closed. It was 9:40. Wouldn't let me leave my car parked in the front while i bring my bags and family downstairs. Parking is a block and a half down the street. Bad service and outdated hotel.

Lovely backyard/pool area, very friendly hepfull staff, decent simple food.
Little dated (old windows, loud air conditioning, back gate to beach broken, etc.)
Also not sure why the bar at the back closes so early..
Generally good stay with great location for artfairs during Art Week.

Staff and service were friendly and overall excellent, from the luggage room personnel to the bartenders. Our room was nicely appointed and housekeeping was daily. I would have given it 5 stars except for the NOISE.
We had a city view room directly over Collins Avenue, and it was extremely noisy every night. Music and/or singing from surrounding businesses blared into the early hours of the day. The room lacked any type of sound proofing. Even the continuous sound of the air conditioner running could not drown out the noise.
