This place is horrible....I had roaches and bugs in there all over the place. I asked for non-smoking room and they placed me in one, but the smoke was all over the room. Mold on the ceiling and walls, as wells cracks and other items not healthy or conducive to stay. Hate this place.

I checked in and was given a room with an awful smell. Not a cigarette but a dingy and mildew smell. Every room they tried to provide me with had the same odor, some worse than others. I could in no way stay in this hotel. I politely asked for a refund and had to find other accommodations.

Some of the rooms need major updating specifically the bathroom areas. Need to buy new tubs, tubs are pealing and dirty looking. Bed was decent, it was quiet and close to the Hard Rock

This was a one-night stay as part of an 11-day road trip. We found the facility clean and convenient to the Interstate. The room matched the photo on the booking site and seemed to have been updated. Our only problem was that we had booked a room designated as “accessible” because my husband is disabled. Although the room was on the ground floor (an absolute must), the bathroom had no grab bars anywhere and the shower was a tub shower—impossible for my husband to use. We made do and the room otherwise met our needs.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke, especially the bathroom, even though I requested a non-smoking room. In addition, the night table between both beds was dirty with liquid stains. The tub is disgustingly stained, and the towels are worn thin. Lastly, there was a garbage bag outside the room along with a wastebasket. I am grateful we did not encounter any roaches.
