Only smoke free hotel on the strip which we LOVED. If you hate second had smoke when you are gambling then this is the place. Is quiet, right in the center of the stripe, everywhere is walkable and close , lots of food options in the hotel. Highly recommend. This use to be Monte Carlos now is called park mgm.

It was rated very highly and so I chose it. Firstly, location is good, cleanliness is ok, cleaning staff was very good. For a 4 star property, was disappointed to notice that there was NO Fridge, NO Hot water kettle. This for me is really not good. Maybe there are better rooms if I had paid an upgrade, But for sure I will never choose this hotel again

When we arrived around 9pm we were to be placed in a king room. Upon arrival they said they didn’t have any rooms available which is bizarre seeing that we are 6hours after original check in. If we wanted the original room we wouldn’t have gotten it till 3 pm the next day. Not sure if they overbooked but that should be illegal when it comes to a persons living quarters. I understand flights overbooking but a place to sleep at night is very different. We didn’t get accommodations or upgrades not even an apology. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at this hotel for work and extended my stay for one extra night through Hotels.com. Unfortunately, the service fell well below expectations. The front desk staff was consistently rude and unprofessional, from my initial check-in to the unnecessary process of checking in again for my last night, even after I requested to connect my reservations. I was assured this wouldn’t be an issue, yet I still had to get a new key, which felt disorganized and avoidable.
When I sought assistance during my stay, the staff’s dismissive and snappy attitude made it clear they weren’t interested in providing quality service. Even simple requests, like asking about bell services, were met with impatience rather than help.
Adding to the disappointment, the hotel itself felt dated, and the amenities and options were very limited. For a hospitality business, the service was seriously lacking. I cannot recommend this hotel and will advise my company to avoid rebooking here for future stays.

We celebrated my parents anniversary and had a great time. Our room was clean and food at the location was really good. We have stayed here before and will again.
Only recommendation was no mini-fridge or coffee maker in the room which would have been nice.
