Pearl on the Concho SureStay Collection by Best Western

This is an older motel. Rooms are sufficient for an overnight stay but not for multiple days. We are Seniors not interested in pool area.

Never again they had roaches on their food

We loved this place and will likely stay there again. Game/pool/arcade area is fun and our family had a good time with a pingpong tournament. However, it's not for everyone. When we visited, they were actively updating the property, I think both inside and out. That means that you shouldn't stay there if you require pristine rooms and surroundings. We did have trouble with our shower - tub wouldn't drain and water wouldn't get hot - we were visiting family and had access to another shower, so we didn't request a room switch. I'm sure they would've fixed the problem had we asked. I love this place, but if fun won't make you overlook some imperfections, do everyone a favor and stay somewhere else.

Great stay at a great price. The evening clerk was really accommodating and our rooms were very comfortable, and convenient. Nice location and seemed safe.

Bar was closed and only open on weekends. The room itself needed some TLC. For the price, it isn't bad. Don't expect it to be the Hilton!

It was ok, but would have preferred a room with door inside. Breakfast was fair but eggs were overcooked and there was no fruit.

We went to check in at 3:15 and was told that our room was not ready. The facility has boocoos of rooms. And ours was not ready. Said that it would be 5 before it would be available. They did not offer a discount for having us wait. There was a gentleman that had come in during this time that went to the back room and yelled out that the room wasn't ready due to not enough cleaning personel. So, why didn't he get out there and help them get the rooms ready. Any good manager would have been helping is employees get ready. When we came back at 5 to get our room, 2 people walked in to see if the general public could use the indoor pool and he told them no. One of them asked if there was an opening for work and he said no. Seems that the manager has no problem making people wait for their room instead of hiring more employees. Was not impressed at all.

The hotel was a bit dated but clean. Staff was exceptional especially the girl working as bartender and our waitress for dinner. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was a pleasure and extremely hard working and attentive. We were a party of 10+ and I don’t ever think I had better service anywhere! Hang on to her!

The property is conveniently located in the downtown area. The rooms need a lot of updating. The rooms need to be completely remodeled. The carpet is old and dusty, the flooring in the bathroom was warped. Just needs a lot of updating and remodeling.

Our 2nd year staying and going back again next year..

Rooms need some updating. Shower was stained and the Matt would not stick and caused slipping. I would stay at the BW on Bryant much cheaper

Staff was extremely helpful and polite as well as professional. Room had obvious signs of bedbugs and my second room given was no better. Everything from the sheets to the shower curtain was so dirty. Where is the pride for your hotel? So many missed opportunities with this as it's very unique

Everything was good and room was nice and fun in the pool

On arrival to your facility, I was met by a nice person, but they were there to tell me that there was not any food person or services available at all. The room was very very dingy bed was uncomfortable lighting was poor. No electrical outlets bathtub had some sort of a big rubber long mat, and that mat was covered with some what look like mold so it was stuck down by suction cups. I took it out to take a shower, but in fact, it was, it wasn’t dirty underneath, but it didn’t look good. I was concerned about getting something like contagious. That’s it wouldn’t do it again.

The Pearl is our favorite place to stay in San Angelo, Tx. The rooms are always comfy and the pool is awesome. The staff and everyone are so sweet and helpful. They always go above and beyond to make your stay the best. Our kids age from 11 to 23 plus and there is always something for them to do. Pool tables, air hockey, big tv, arcade, playground, and a massive heated pool can keep us all busy and happy every trip. They keep the pool and all the grounds looking nice. Thank you for a great stay. We definitely will be staying again!

Very nice location. Hotel itself needs some TLC

This was a lovely property. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the history of this property. It is family owned and operated. We will stay here again. It was very comfortable and clean. Thank you so much!
