Great place to stay for an event at the convention center. Short walk to the center, near the indoor market which is chock full of shopping and eateries.
The lobby has a great little cafe / convenience store and found the staff there and at the hotel bar to be friendly, quick and knowledgeable.

Our room was really clean and decoration was surprisingly new. Spent one night without any problems. The lobby area looked a bit outdated but understandable. Area was convenient and central. Great stay overall.

I booked a king size bed suite and they gave me a double full size and told me they were overbooked. They said they also couldn’t refund me.

Promised WiFi as I am a Marriott member but there was no wifi. Valet parking was full and it took me 40 minutes to find parking across the street in snowy weather with two kids and luggage. Does not live up to a Four Star hotel. Will stay elsewhere in the future.

I had an amazing stay here and would absolutely start again. The staff was welcoming and accommodating and felt genuine when I had a rooming issue both over the phone and I'm person. Highly recommend to all visitors to the city and people looking to find a place to stay for a night or two.

Very few staff to check you in. Have a separate card to use in elevators. It's inconvenient. Should have had a way to combine it with the room key.
