A wonderful find in Quincy! Friendly staff from the minute I walked in the door happily accommodated my request for a late check in. Comfortable, quiet room. Breakfast was great and the attendant was very friendly and obviously focused on making sure all guests had the best experience. Would definitely return.

The facility is rundown, outdated, shower does not work right (barley any water comes out of the shower head) & mattress is the worst.
There was hardly any guest at the hotel, and I asked to make sure they give me a good room and they gave me the poorest quality room in the inventory.
The door handle came off and getting stick trying to leave the room.
My wife went down to get breakfast, and it was sad state of affair to say the least.
I brought these issues to the GM attention, and she discounted them because they won some award years ago. It was falling on deaf ears.
They need to make this right!!

Very conveniently located to Oakley Lindsey Center and the Town Square. Can run over to Missouri as well. Bed pillows and linens great. Breakfast has lots of choices but it was barely warm so that needs some adjusting. I prefer to have my room tidied up daily but this trip they did not. The staff is super!!! Friendly and helpful. I will stay again.

Someone opening my door while I was in my room and it was only 8 am. Went to check out and not even greeted I had to ask to check out. Poor bed poor sleep.

Would give the property about a C rating. Beds are way too firm and very uncomfortable. Shampoo and conditioner bottles are extremely tiny. First floor room was extremely loud as the front desk. Workers were yelling at 6 AM in the morning parking a bit awkward pool was closed.
