Clean and friendly place to stay

The place was very dirty. Walls, doors, windows. The bed was ok. Staff beating on my door at 10:00am wanting to come in to clean. They did this twice and would not stop until I opened the door. I will not stay here again

The rom was clean and very nice. The bed was nice and comfortable. Hot water in the shower could have been better, but it got things done. Breakfast was sub par.

Good rates, clean, laundry convenient.

The bathroom fan doesn’t work that led bad smell to everywhere inside the room.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Staff were quick to offer assistance and truly seemed to care.

The room was clean. The air and heat worked well. It was a nice stay.

The pictures online do not show the rooms open directly to outside. I would not have booked it if I know this is more like a motel. Bathroom and bed look clean. Carpet looks dirty. I found a mosquito and two spiders in my room.

Very nice property. Convenient check in. Welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms are well kept.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that the water pressure was great! Other than that, be aware, this is a MOTEL, not a HOTEL...the pictures do not show that. The Entrance/Exit to get in and out of this location is very dangerous, with it being next to the highway and a curve in the road. Next, when we got to our room, the outside wreaked of weed and my Dads room smelled very strong of cleaner (you could tell it was to cover up something else). There was a bug stuck to the ceiling above one of the beds. If you left the bathroom light/vent on for any length of time, it would start making the room smell like weed, assuming from upstairs. The TV in our room would not work, not sure if it was not connected to cable or what. We did not want anyone in our room, so we kept the Do Not Disturb sign on the door while we were gone, only to come back to the room one evening to all of our towels replaced, which means, someone was in the room. The breakfast did not look very appetizing, so we didn't even bother eating there. The rooms need to be painted and updated!

My room had a stale old smell. And my bed spread and sheet had cigarette burns in them!

The stay was very nice and the late night staff were very helpful.

Check in was quick and easy, staff very friendly. The rooms were being worked on and our carpet was wet from being cleaned. The room was very nice, clean and big. It was a little loud since it was right off the highway but overall I was very happy and feel I got a great deal. I would stay again.

I didn’t know Quality inn was a motel , ( the doors lead to the outside ) it’s definitely a 2star , I even saw a lady of the night . Lots of truck drivers . It served its purpose (last minute shelter on a business trip ) but never again unless it’s an emergency

Interior door jams were missing completely as if they had been ripped from the walls. Overall, horrible condition of hotel room. Much in needing of cutting and redoing.
