Fantastic price. Room is clean but a little rundown (I.e., broken tile in bathroom, some stain on carpet, marks on walls). But given price it is in better shape than expected. Front desk staff very friendly and informative. Would stay here again.

Telephone did not work, swimming pool out of service, 4 to a room only 2 bath towels, requested two more and was told only one. Shower head did not work (had to use my sister and her kids shower), knob on bathroom sink broken, drapes filthy, no microwave. Never again

The hotel receptionist was awful. As I was waiting in line to check in, she was treating an elderly man very badly. As I walked up to check in, I could see a notice that the receptionist was already in a terrible mood. I gave her the necessary items for me to check in, and her attitude was terrible. So I asked her what’s with the attitude then she gave me back my cards and said well you can go find another place to stay. so she threatened me because I asked her why was she portrayed an attitude towards me I cannot believe that she had the authority to say that she will not check me in just because of me asking her that question it was already late at night, and there was no way I was going to find another hotel at the last minute and she knew that and that’s why she threatened me
I don’t appreciate staff that act like this towards their customers, and I felt fairly badly for the elderly man that she turned away
I hope the hotel manager takes appropriate actions to correct the situation, and I will never ever stay at this hotel again even though I’ve stay here before

Had to run around the stream just to get wet.
Shower not very clean or it was just old.
Bed was comfortable.

Hotel was extremely dirty. Found a used marijuana cigarette on the floor in one room. Found trash in the other room. Neither looked to have been vacuumed very well. Sheets were stained and dirty. Left and found rooms elsewhere. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Front desk extremely rude!

The staff was incredibly rude from the moment we checked in. We ended up not staying for more then an hour. Due to the room being dirty especially behind the nightstand which was a big indicator that the cleaning staff did in fact not do a thorough cleaning. Since then I have been having issues trying to contact the property manage about our refund. I have been hung up on several times. The last time a front desk clerk named Mona answered when i started vocing my concerns she told me she didnt have time to talk to me n processed to hang up the phone.

If you tell me the facility is getting ready to shut down I’d believe it. It’s one thing to have a dated facility that needs repairs. But it’s a huge lack of pride not to keep it clean. This is the third time I’ve stayed here. Approximately 30 years and 15 years ago. It will be my last.
