I had a great experience staying here with my 8 year old son. Quick check in process, room was ready before 4pm, clean, spacious. Amazing view of Time Square and ever better location. Would stay here over and over again.

Amazing place to stay for NYE to watch the ball drop! Gorgeous rooms, modern decor throughout the hotel, and great staff!

We asked front desk for plastic bag as ours broke….. they went in the back to look for a plastic bag for us ……we sat in lobby and waited 20 min!!! We saw them giggling and chatting with each other no one told us they didn’t have a plastic bag! incredibly frustrating! Not only did they waste our time, but the lack of communication is just unprofessional.

Hotel staff excellent. Incident with people in adjoining room were partying and smoking weed from 1-3am. Strong odor came into our room from around the door. Hotel staff notified. Also, hotel offered $35/day credit at restaurant. Should have asked price earlier but at checkout found out that the breakfast was $35/person.

This Property is really close to the red steps and the center of Times Square. The views arent bad however its proximity makes it a really great hotel to stay at.

The entire staff from front desk, concierge and house keeping were professional, friendly and helpful. Room was clean. My issues were the peeling ceiling in the bathroom and some of the electrical outlets did not work.

Check in was marvelous. Arrived at room with strong tobacco smoke smell. Trash cans had not been emptied. Rug had burn holes. Otherwise ok. When returned to room daily, same smoke smell hit us. Went to the breakfast buffet and were met with rude attendants. We were still eating when the closing time arrived. Staff of 3 loud men tore down the buffet, slamming doors and equipment with no regard for the diners. Very horrible experience. Navigator concierge really helpful. Requested blanket and foam pillow but only blanket provided.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again. Here are my reasons:
1. They were very accommodating and allowed me to check in early ( around 11:30am)
2. Rooms are very spacious
3. They give a $35 food credit for each day you’re there
4. Great location - right in Times Square and only minutes away from shops and Broadway
5. Even though it’s in Times Square, it’s not noisy
6. Staff were very kind from the front desk to housekeeping

We had a great getaway! The front desk did everything possible to accommodate 2 rooms on the same floor. The bar staff, Rafael, was extremely friendly. I also had a chance to speak with our house keeper, Maria I., no complaints whatsoever, we will be recommending this hotel to friends, and we hope to visit again.
