When we needed to switch to a 2 bedroom due to my partners cough (and my snoring) staff upgraded and switched us for no extra cost and with good grace. The new room even had a fireplace! Staff gets five stars.

It had everything we needed for our stay. LOTS of room!!! Quiet and lots of amenities close by, plus close to the freeway. Clean and everything inside the room worked great. Will definitely stay again if I have to be in the area.

Short and sweet. Breakfast was a little skimpy the first day. Only proteins were scrambled eggs and turkey sausage.
Rooms were great and offered a lot of amenities for the price.

Also, view of Rocky Mountains would have been nice instead of Interstate immediately beside Residence Inn

I would likely not return to this property and try a different hotel if I visited Denver again.
Pros: The room was spacious and the front desk staff was welcoming.
Cons: The room was directly next to the highway and in the flight path of an airport so it was very noisy when trying to sleep. Also housekeeping came in only once during our 4 night stay and only changed the towels and did nothing else!

We were given a room that had several broken or missing amenities for our first of three nights. We were told it was because they were overbooked. I would have given them 1/5 but the staff was able to find a better room for our other 2 nights. The replacement room had a huge rip in the chair cushion and missing coffee pot but other than that was satisfactory.

We liked the spaciousness of the 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. It was very clean and quiet. I enjoyed sitting in the patio area and reading in the mornings. The breakfast was adequate for me but others in my group thought it could have been better
