Stayed one night as family of 4, loved the suite (actual room with door) and how spacious it was. Everything felt new and clean. Convenient location, close to short pump and ~20 min to downtown Richmond.

stared 2 nights room stayed at 80 degrees no TV moved to another room 3rd day no TV the next 5 days of stay no TV
spoke to General Manager and he said he will give me a discount refund if Expedia sends an email asking for one.
i hope you follow through with discount refund. keep me informed Expedia!!!

Stay at this property one night for a volleyball tournament. Check-in was easy. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a Studio w/ a King bed. It was a very nice room complete with a sitting/work area and a full kitchen.
Only draw back (to me), the hotel’s cable was out. Not good during NFL Playoff Weekend.
Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and would stay at this property again.

The location was perfect for events I was attending in the Richmond area. Close to nice restaurants and shopping with very easy parking. Staff was friendly. Fitness center was well equipped and I enjoyed the little bar in the lobby. The included breakfast was quite decent with lots of options.
The only negative was that the large well positioned TV did not receive any TV channels for more than a few minutes without going to pixelate. I could stream from my Netflix account, but a first rate accommodation should have functioning TV. I though I was doing something wrong with the TV, but other guests said they were having the same issue.

Family and I had a late check-in confirmed, but when we arrived at the hotel a hotel staff member was not available to check us in. The front door was open, but we waited for 30min and could not locate nor contact a hotel staff member. Terrible service. We had to book a last minute reservation at another hotel.

Nice hotel, lobby was amazing with lots of comfortable seating, outdoor fireplace, small basketball court on site, etc.
Overall clean everything was nice although for a new hotel, wall paper already peeling in hallways and shower was getting a little scummy. The back doors and ledges inside were full of dist and dead bugs, just needs a little TLC in common areas.

Stay was good but this time we did not receive the room we had booked. We were arriving late and called in advance to let the staff know and we were promised that our room would be held for us. We booked a 2 queen bed room and when we checked in we received a room with one queen bed. The room was less than ideal. It was the last room left in the hotel. We were told that at check in. Clearly they did not hold the room for us that we had booked.

What a fantastic hotel and staff. We had plenty of space. My family said, "Wow!" multiple times as they walked through the kitchen, living room and bathroom. We were so impressed with the surrounding area. What a nice place to stay. We highly recommend. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was outstanding!! We will plan on stopping again as we travel south from NY.
