Great service all round! Staff very accommodating after we requested a new room away from outside noise. Room, location, staff cleanliness and breakfast buffet was excellent. Didn’t use pool and hot tub but looked very clean and inviting.
Would definitely stay again. Thanks

Enjoyed this place. The only 2 things that could've been better is the little store they have was pretty much empty and wasn't replenished in the 5 nights I stayed there and no housekeepers came by to take trash or offer to replenish anything either, and the parking is limited.

Stay was good, breakfasts were good and reception personnel were most helpful. Never once was there mention of a parking fee until after I received my credit card statement and that was only because I called about the additional charge. No mention of it any time during checkin. Would have been nice to be told about it at some point. Also received an email that the room was ready but the carpet had been cleaned and the floors were wet when we got there,

LIKE: Staff (Terrence) was very helpful when asked for and personally brought a booster seat for the very low toilet seat.
CONCERNS: Very low toilet seat. Outside entrance/exit doors (other than main entrance/exit) were not ADA compliant. Wife uses a walker and could not come in or go out of the property except through the main door. Also, TV in the room kept shutting off. Sometimes it came back on by itself; most times it did not. And, the Kitchen area had very poor lighting.

Good hotel for a family of 6. Our unit had two full bedrooms and bathrooms along with a sitting area (aka, living room) which was nice. Breakfast was good with typical pastries, waffles and cereals every morning along with a different entree every morning (one morning was breakfast burritos and another was biscuits and gravy). The inside of the rooms were a little dated, but not too bad...everything was clean. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay $12 a day for parking...I feel like they're unnecessarily adding an additional charge. That said, I'd likely book again if I need spacious accommodations.

They claim they overbooked the hotel for at least 5 families from my daughter’s team. Despite booking two months prior they gave my room to someone who booked the week before. They sent me to a different Marriott property with a significantly smaller room and fewer amenities at the same price. We were effectively forced to take what we were given due to limited last minute options. They have ignored every opportunity to rectify the situation by reducing the cost, etc. Other reviews show this is how they operate.

The room was nice and the hotel would have been great had we been able to use the pool area. The air conditioning had gone out in the front of the hotel where the pool was and when you went to go into the pool it was hotter then outside. Which was over 100. Over all it wasn't bad but the dining area was super hot in the mornings as well from the waffle makers and lack of air conditioning as well.
