Let me begin by discussing the aspects of the property that I appreciated. Not too many. Easy parking and the ability to park in front of the rooms.

It was decent other than the roaches

Both ceiling light fixtures in the bathroom had been ripped out. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work so you couldn't plug a different lamp in. The full-length mirror came crashing down and narrowly missed injuring one of us.

this establishment is very hateful and has discrimination in their heart reason being is because I asked for early check-in was told to come at 2:00 I was then told to wait until 3:00 two women approached the office to get a room and was given their key right away as they headed off to their room I was made to wait not only did I have to wait for my key from the office when I was giving my key from the office my room wasn't even clean they gave me a key to a room that wasn't clean so if your housekeeping's in that room cleaning they are supposed to report to the office anything that's wrong with that their room why is it that when I go in the room I have no shower door on the stall staff says I didn't say anything well I believe you knew but just didn't care decided to throw me in that room as if I'm not a paying customer just like the woman that came after me and was treated as if they were VIP so better than me.I'm going to show you the pictures and you can tell from the reviews yourself how these people really care for other human beings a facility should not I'm sorry a business should not treat people of such manner. The way I was handled no one should have to be treated in such a way. And when I tell you Hotel.com made themselves not part of the equation I was a walking dollar bill not a human being.

I will never ever stay there again had to change room because there wasn't anything in first room but just sheets on the bed no pillows no towels soap no remote second room the shower I wanted take a shower in it it just look so nasty wasn't any towels or not one piece of toilet paper it's a shame I really want my money back you all need to check these places it make you all look bad I'm really not pleased at all call me 8133401369 ask for Gloria so I can fully explain I was a housekeeper for over 20 years and retired from the school district after 16 years as a night crew leader so I know what is suppose to be in the room from a scale 1 - 10 I say a 2 no room should be like that a the said no room has remote for the TV really that's

This motel is actually awful I've never seen none this bad and the way that they put a disabled people out in extreme heat weather and didn't help them out because of search and such different wordings of that was just disgrace that's uncomfortable not legit however you would say it it's not good let's put it that way not good

there was bugs in the rooms, other people staying there had been complaining and begging for a room change because there was bugs in their beds and on the floors and walls. Staff was absolutely terrible and not understanding at all. Tried to scam me into paying for the room twice when I had the receipt and he had it pulled up. Tried to take my debit card and put it behind the counter as well. Just overall the worst place I have been

My bed blanket had burn marks throughout the whole thing. Had one towel in the room even though it was me and my husband. (We stayed for 7 days) When I asked the front for more they said “they didn’t have any right now” I said okay well when you do can you drop them then. They said yes and I didn’t receive them for 2 days until I had to ask again.

For a budget friendly hotel it was a very pleasant stay at a very convenient location

The room had roaches and no towels. The blankets on both beds looked like Swiss cheese from cigarettes burning holes all over them. I asked the front desk for a towel and was told that someone would bring one to the room. They never did so after taking a shower I ended up using a sheet off the bed to dry myself off.
