Upon checking in I discovered that the restaurant and lounge were closed. This was not disclosed when making my reservations. Partially through my stay only one elevator was operational which caused long waits and the need to use the stairs. The room had a distinct "musty" smell.

Restaurant/ bar shut down without notice. Switched my reservation by one day and was penalized by full amount. Doubled my payment. Very tired furnishings and worn carpets.

Near by the airport. Inside the room - need to replace a new heater or outside cover - too old and bathroom need more repair and replacement a new bathroom ceiling - look too poor and not a hotel property at all.

The property reeked of mold in pretty much every area. The ice machine and alarm clock were both broken. They kept using "renovations" as an excuse for everything wrong with the facility. I didnt even complain about anything myself... but I overheard many conplaints that the front desk was dealing with, many of which would have nothing to do with renovating. Also important to note that there was zero evidence of any work being done to the faciliy when we stayed. It felt like a lie to cover for how gross the place is...

This hotel is a great value if you need to catch an early flight! The staff was incredibly helpful and the included shuttle was very convenient. The reception/lobby area was nice and updated, but the elevators and upper floors seemed a bit worn and tired. Overall, would definitely stay again!

There was a terrible sewer smell in my room that made me sick to my stomach! The room key didn’t work and finally I got a different room. My husband and I have stayed here many times and this was the first time that I had such a bad experience.

Average hotel experience at best. Old property that needs renovations (which are currently occurring). The shuttle was good and this hotel is very close to the airport . The Sheraton Club lounge experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again until after significant renovations are complete.
