Couldn’t be happier with this hotel.

Very convenient location for our visit. Loved the fact that the parking garage was across the road. Funny thing to say but I loved the heated toilet seat. I used to have one before I told my house and I miss it. Lovely shower and bathroom.

The staff was mostly friendly, but they even refused a 1.5 hours late checkout I needed because I was in some meetings. Also sometimes the front desk is just empty and you ahve to wait 30-45 mins. The elevator was screeching and metal grinding during the night and it felt someone was doing construction over my head. The rooms are tidy and clean, but not having coffee/tea/water knocks a star off.

This property lived up to its marketing photos listed, I will say that the walls are a little thin our neighbor was playing there tv all night on loud but thankfully when we cut the air on it sounded out the tv a slight bit better, so we did get sleep thank god, and although the parking is across the street it was still very close and effective and my car was safe and tucked away in a garage through my nights, the water refilling station helped us out when we ran out of water, and I loved that the balcony we had still had a sense of privacy even though we were exposed to neighboring balconies, thanks for everything!

The facility itself is fine, but the parking situation is horrendous enough that I'd recommend against staying here if you plan on driving/renting a car during your stay. The parking pass is purchased at the front desk during check-in, and AFTER YOU PAY, they'll explain that that every time you want to enter and exit the parking lot (lot is located across the street and attached to/run by another building), you must come to the front desk to get an access card, scan the card, retrieve your vehicle, then drive to the hotel and return the card to the front desk. In addition, when you are entering/exiting during evening and early morning (possibly holidays as well), you must bring the key card and enter the parking lot through another building's lobby in order to get to or exit the parking lot. The surrounding area doesn't have street parking available as well. If you plan on driving, don't take my advice lightly. This parking situation wouldn't have been acceptable if it was free. Charging $40 was robbery. I stayed for one night. If I had to endure this for multiple days, I would've elected to forfeit my nonrefundable reservation and book a different hotel entirely.

The wall outlets did not work. The front desk kept phoning our room and disturbing us because they were inquiring about a leak that they had downstairs, after we said that we were not using the shower or anything that would cause the leak

Perfect location

The elevator is quite small and slower than grass growing. But the rest of the hotel is great, particularly if you like privacy and quiet spaces. Their cafe is sort of dead, but it's not a huge deal. Front desk staff is friendly yet not so helpful when asking for small favors like early checins, late checkouts or upgrades.

This is like a 2 star hotel. The rooms are small and very simple. I wonder who gave these guys so many stars.

It was ok for the value. I'd stay there again, but would go with the night owl, windowless room, the curtains were not the best.

This is an amazing find, exceeding my expectations. It offers great amenities and seems to intentionally thought about guests’ comfort. The staff was very kind. It also is in a great area near food and fun.

Sadly the hotel has severally deteriorated I've been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. They still charge the same amenity charge but they no longer offer any amenities. Luckily they have two receptionists, Beth and Jacqui who did their very best to try to smooth things out. No in room coffee. You need to go down and pay for a paperclip full. No food. No bar. No free water. No anything for a one key silver status.

The only part I did not like was the parking hassle. To pay $40/night but have to go through obtaining the parking pass and dropping it off as opposed to being able to leave is not worth $40. More like $15

New ownership has nicely redone the hotel. Free tea/ coffee would add more value
