Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Close to subway. Professional, courteous reception. Easy online check in. Would definitely atay there again.

Nice Kitchen area, but rest of 1 bedroom seemed to be minimal. Lighting in bedroom was poor and not adequate for reading. They gave you earplugs and there was white noise machine also in my room. Noise level outside varied and one night woken up by outside noise, heating fan very noisy in the apartment also. The bedroom was a few degrees warmer than the living room, so at night needed to lower the temperature. The location was central but the entrance was on a smaller street that seemed isolated. Some nights sidewalk was blocked because people sleeping on it. When I got to place some one urinating outside the entrance, it was a delivery person. All in all a great value for the price, a smaller street that seems less traveled but close to where I needed to be.

Fantastic location just south of City Hal and 1 block east of S. Broad St. we stayed in a large studio that had three times the space of a standard hotel room full amenities inside of the studio! Easy check-in, easy access in and out of the building! We really enjoyed the DIY aspect of the stay. Extra towels, laundry detergent, coffee, sugar, etc., all available in the lobby.

Good choice

Conveniently located; very friendly and helpful staff. But facilities need upgrading: keypads of luggage storage and room did not work properly; windows single pane so I was kept awake by street noises (on the 8th floor) ; and room had scuff marks. Provided ear plugs did help but better windows would help much more

I don’t give 5-star for two reasons. 1-The sofa bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable. 2-The HVAC control it’s too complicated, difficult to get optimal temperature in all the apartment.

An ideal spot in the heart of Philadelphia with a frictionless experience. Next best thing to having an apartment in the city.

There is a staffed front desk, but entry is via a key code only, which is inconvenient if your arms are full. Also, you have to memorize the code or have your phone handy to bring up the email. No complaints about the room (king bed version), which was large and clean. It included a full kitchenette, which I did not use it, but would be fantastic for anyone who does not want to eat out every meal. I was at the end of a hall, so it's hard to generalize, but I did not hear noise from other rooms. The elevators are fairly fast, which was nice. One caveat is that there are no outlets next to the bed; i.e., that you can plug your phone into. It's amazing that even hotels that have been recently refurbed do not take this into account The only serious negative is the location: The downtown area is "party central" on Friday and Saturday, with popular bars/restaurants within a block. They seem to acknowledge this by providing free ear plugs in the room. Being in the heart of the city, parking is also expensive. If you do not reserve a spot on-line, you will pay big bucks.

I loved the rooms appliances, so homey, the view outside looking up beautiful skyscrapers,looking down real life people each on their own journey in life. So much to do and see .

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were perfect for us (clean and comfortable), the price was great and the location awesome. We’ll certainly return.

It had the local Philly flavor! You could walk to so many places!! No need to rent a car! Also, PT was very accessible!

The room was beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated. Check in was a nightmare with the wrong code sent so we could not enter the building or our room.

I stay at this location every month as I travel for work. Overall, the condition of the building and rooms are good. However, all the scuff marks and dirty rugs in the rooms bring everything down a notch. The room itself is always pretty clean. Trash right outside the front entrance of the building could be picked up for better curb appeal.
