The property overall is clean and acceptable but in need of maintanence. The suite we checked into, the bathroom door lock was broken so we asked for another suite given we had young kids with us. The second suite they gave us also had the same issue ( no way to keep the sliding door on bathroom shut unless someone stood there guarding the door - a major inconvenience but also safety concern with a toddler). The day we checked out, the elevators were broken and we had to carry all our luggage down from the third floor. The staff did not even acknowledge this or offer any assisstance ( just signs on elevator that it is broken!)

We had many issues with this hotel and would not stay here again.
--The booking listing for this suite had an image of a bathtub in the suite. Upon arrival, there was no bathtub in the suite, and the bathroom only had a shower.
--There was no shampoo (3 sections installed on the shower but there were 2 conditioners and no shampoo).
--When we hit the front desk button on the phone, it sent us to some random room in the hotel. We had to google the hotel's number online and call on a cell phone to reach them.
--The sheets for the bed would not stay on and ended up just sleeping on the straight mattress.
--There were no bedding for the pull out trundle. The pull out trundle could also not fit an adult.
--It was listed as sleeping 5 but would only be able to sleep 3.
--There was no "information" binder/booklet.
--There was no laundry bag.
