SpringHill Suites by Marriott Valencia

We came here as a place where we could evacuate due to the LA fires. They have been so helpful and kind, and assured us that if we didn't stay the full three nights we had reserved, or needed to stay longer, it was no problem to do this. We had our two cats with us and they were great about helping us move into our suite with our pets. The included breakfasts were good - no wine and snack hour, but that wasn't important to us. The surrounding few miles offer just about anything we'd need for our stay. Glad this was the hotel we chose.

So clean and the upgraded rooms were great! We really enjoyed our visit.

Very modern hotel close to Six Flags Magic Mountain. The room was exactly as described in the pictures. All the common areas have nice furniture. Basically everything looks brand new. Breakfast was very good with a Mexican twist. It has red and green salsa, pork al pastor and tortillas in addition to the basics.

Location for Six Flags trip was excellent, very close. Hotel was clean and spacious. Rooms were nice and can sleep 6. Breakfast was a very good amenity to offer with decent options (eggs, meat, potatoes, oatmeal, bagels, waffles, coffee/tea). Hotel gym is small but decent. Staff and manager very friendly and courteous. Had an issue with the fridge in my room, and when addressed with manager on duty, sent maintenance/Ceasar to the room to fix issue, which he did. You do have to request room service if you are staying long to have trash can cleaned out/new clean towels. The only complaint is the lobby bathrooms need to have all toilets working, some needed repairs in both male/female bathrooms, which are located close to dining area. Overall I would recommend this hotel and have stayed here a few times.

Not enough parking , Room was nice . Breakfast was good only thing they only bring out so much kept running out . Took forever for them to bring more out . For being a big hotel should have had more food . Tv didn’t turn on had to wait a hour for them to bring me another remote . We just wanted to go to bed by the time we got the remote.

The hotel experience overall was good. But the room was misrepresented and that was disappointing. We were told the room had a pull out couch and a king bed and could sleep four (two adults and two young children). One would assume the couch would sleep two but that was not the case. It was a twin. We had to put the couch cushions on the floor and cover them in a sheet for a makeshift bed. Additionally, we requested a room with a lower bed so it would be safer for the kids if one needed to sleep there with a parent. They gave us a different room, and the bed was very high off the ground (more than usual actually). Otherwise the hotel was clean, breakfast was great, felt safe, etc.

Easy access off I5. Try to get a room facing away from the freeway. The noise on the freeway side is pretty bad.

Very clean property, helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious, and fit my family of 3 perfectly. Conveniently located minutes from food, shopping, and Six Flags Magic Mountain. Quiet and cozy property. Beautiful pool area and spots to relax outside. Enjoyed the choices at the Continental breakfast each morning. Overall an excellent stay!
