Clean, tidy and new apartments with plenty of space and good facilities. Driveway signage needs lighting as it is a little dark and hard to see.

Nice place to stay. Full kitchen area. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Quiet, no street noise, except for maybe a noisy neighbor in the room next door.

It was an amazing, last minute find. Manager was the friendliest, most amazing manager I have ever dealt with at a hotel stay. Super friendly, very personable and very quick to help out when needed. We highly recommend anyone to stay here. Place is super nice and felt like a nice little home.

Absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and like new. Great use of space. It felt open and large. Staff is exceptional. Caring, friendly and ready to go above and beyond. Will stay here again! Area is safe and lots of options for dinner. Some in walking distance.

Staff was friendly and apartment was clean. If your a light sleeper this may not work for you, was woke by train 3 times during stay, once as early as 3:45 am. Also feel since it has full kitchen they should supply paper towel, not just one small hand towel.

Normal stay with StayAPT. Good communication with the property. I was checking in after 5 so they put my key and bill in a lockbox. As always it was comfortable and clean.

It definitely wasnt the best experience. We were told apon arrival that our room that we booked was unavailable, told us that we were upgraded to a sweet, with two king beds. Ended to being to full size beds. Room reeked of cigarettes and mildew. Wife has to use inhaler within 10 mins of walking in.

The front desk employee named May was very attentive, compassionate and helpful. She was very approachable and professional. I can't say enough positive things about her. The room was great, kitchen area was modern and they supplied pots and pans and a few eating and cooking untensils. Will definitely stay there again my next trip to Houston.

The manager Mae that checked me in there was absolutely wonderful, super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for whatever it is you may need. She’s very personable and I enjoyed just chatting with her upon check in.
Aside from the friendly staff I encountered during my stay the rooms are stunningly spacious and gorgeous with full appliances and some dishes.
I loved my stay here and would recommend to anyone in the area!

Checked in after hours. The area where we picked up our keys smelled like urine. The tub in the room did not drain, so we couldn’t shower. Lisa, who was very nice quickly got us another room, but we found a bed bug in that room. No other rooms were available so we left.

The office manager was great. Finding the apartment was easy and the stay was very comfortable. We definitely will stay at the property again. Enjoyed the space compared over a hotel. It was close to everything that you would need. It had awesome space in the courtyard with Everything to invite family for a evening.

I really wish I could remember the lady’s name who was at the front desk all weekend. She was the absolute best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a very long time!
The rooms were quite worn (not like in the pictures) and the rooms and exterior property were nowhere near clean to my standards, but I always bring my own cleaning supplies.Comfort level provided by a/c was perfect. Fantastic location in reference to everywhere we wanted to be.
