Staybridge Suites CORPUS CHRISTI, an IHG Hotel

Hotel lobby smell of cleaning products was overwhelming. Room was dated, and rundown (pealing paint, rust, and mold. I had to go to the front desk to have them remove a cockroach from the ceiling

The bed was uncomfortable but over all the rooms were nice. Tv was in a weird spot

Our room was listed as "accessible", but there was no way to access the bathroom. Small and bathroom door and closet door were always in the way. And, the bathtub was extremely slippery. Otherwise the room was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location. The room was ok but bed a bit uncomfortable and the air conditioner leaked. Breakfast ok.

The Hotel was fabulous and beautiful.

Older hotel, mold in restroom above shower. Staff was friendly but the hotel is in need of a complete renovation.

Very nice staff but rooms need upgrading asap for the price they charge customers. Nice area please fix rooms in near future. Our toilets were clogged & furniture torn in many places. No good TV selection either very disappointing. But very nice staff. Thank you!

This property is super nice, and so is the staff.

The shower was broken, and the water could not turn off, there were dents in the floor that made it unsafe. The pool was closed. There was no ice machine and one sugar packet for the coffee maker. When I called maintenance, they did not wait for me to answer the door, they just came inside. The windows didn't have enough blinds to shut out the sun, so we woke up EARLIER than planned. We figured, with all this, the free breakfast might be terrible and decided to wave it.

There was hair in the shower. They had no extra pillows for the pull out couch bed. The website said breakfast was served at 6:30, but when we went at 7:00, we were yelled at, saying don't come back until 7:30. Also someone on the floor above us was BLASTING music starting at 6:00am...which is why we were wide awake and wanting breakfast so early

Killed roach in bathroom and bug inside by door. No rubber mat for tub.

My restroom was falling apart. The toilet could have easily broken off when seated on. The shower had mold and had to ask to be moved to a different room the following morning to be able to comfortably take a shower.

Property was under renovation.

It was not clean, found a bug. Seen forms of wallpaper pealing and noticed some mildew/mold. The furniture was very poor condition. The pool was not working, and visited during the summer. Staff not available. Very poor experience for my 1st time visiting Texas.

Service was amazing from staff and morning breakfast staff. Only flaws we had, was key to room would have to be reset every time to get in, room was slightly dirty and check in and out times where completely different online than in person. Other than that was a good experience.

Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Despite remodeling on the top floor, we found it quite quiet.

The stay was okay- the room was fine- could’ve been cooler, but overall good. The front check in guy Joe was not very friendly. The pool/hot tub was shut down and that is one of the reasons we picked the hotel. They didn’t offer any type of solution. There was another hotel across from us… maybe they could’ve partnered with them. The toilet handle was broken & it kept running, the tub stopper kept plugging up on its own while showering. The food was pretty good. The bed was comfy.
