My daughter and I stayed here for one night, just to get out of the house! It had a great location, it is across the street from RiverTown Crossings and close to all the other things we wanted to do. The hotel was very clean. There were plenty of common areas to sit and relax, if that’s your thing. We had to have a pool and the hot tub was a bonus. It was a spacious area, with plenty of pool towels and easy access to bathrooms/changing area. The hot tub was not “hot” to my standards.. so that was a bit disappointing for me but it was still enjoyable. We had a studio room and it was a great size for us. It had all the amenities we needed and even more we didn’t use. They use magnets to be placed on the outside of your door, if you need anything, don’t want to be disturbed or have a dog in your room. Cute idea! The free breakfast buffet was one of the nicest I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to quite a lot. There is a very large eating area as well. Though there was snow, we could see all the patio tables and chairs outside and outdoor televisions. It’s probably very fun in the warmer months as well. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and we really like it. We had a studio king suit and it was perfect. The location is also a huge plus. The hotel also looks so cute decorated for Christmas.

Just stayed at the Stay Bridge in Grandville for the second time and I will definitely be back for a third. I think it’s a great affordable, yet high quality option. The location is wonderful as you have access to RiverTown Mall, so many other shopping options and restaurants galore. I always book a room with a little kitchenette which is cute and convenient. As a woman I feel safe staying here alone. I bring my dog and it’s convenient as there is space to walk him, ect. Pool and hot tub is clean. Hot tub could be warmer but it’s not a major deal. Breakfast has been yummy but I didn’t get up early enough this time to utilize it. Like I said, I’ll be back. Would definitely recommend:)

Property was nice but the hotel double billed us (one via hotels.com and the other when they checked us in). Three staff members confirmed that they double billed us (and another guest too). Amazingly they were completely unwilling to issue the credit. Hotels.com did issue the credit but this is an issue with the hotel and i would highly recommend to NOT go to this hotel if you dont want to be double billed. We will not be back. Amazing how completly uncaring they were ( four calls all together).
