The room wasn't what was advertise when i book the room. No balcony view, no refrig, no microwave, no ice machine, no place to put up your clothes. Owner works out of the unit. The unit is not totally private. Owner works out of a closet inside the rental unit.

Check in was terrible. Hard to understand due to language barrier. Melina who is the owners wife entered our apartment while we were there. Not once but 3 times she said “no partying no drinking and no smoking” even after my husband and I told her that would not be a problem because we dont smoke.
We were in vacation and felt like we were supervised. Not a very nice way of doing business. Also there was only 1 already used toilet paper. I had to run out for TP while my husband used that bathroom. It was ridiculous!

Horrible service the apartment that was reserved was not what the room that was given to me. They do not issue refunds for anything and the charges are beyond what is on the site when you get there the condominium has additional charges that exceed a normal hotel stay. No kids allowed either because the owner does not allow any noise whatsoever. We cancelled and booked another hotel nearby and it’s been a nightmare getting my refund from this one, they speak only German even the front desk associates had a hard time speaking with manager
