The room we stayed in was dirty. I told the front desk that they needed to work on their housekeeping . Dust was everywhere and the corners of the floors were yucky. Would not have passed the white glove test at all.

The floor in our room was in bad condition, it was warped like from water damage. And we had booked a room with king size memory foam mattress- which we didn’t get, and we were supposed to have a personal hot tub in our room-which we didn’t didnt get. We tried to watch tv but have to sign in/up for services that we don’t want-which is crappy. What happened to just being able to watch regular tv without having to sign up for special features. Very frustrating!!

Beds are very uncomfortable. Cannot block out the lighting from outside, so if you like a dark room this is not the place to stay. You can hear the freeway traffic all night long.

The tv remotes didn’t work well and the AC unit smelled bad and took a very long time to cook the room down. Very musty smell. We had room 115 and the outside door everyone was using was very loud. The hinges would slam shut and wake us up everytime

The picture of this hotel compared to the actual property is BAIT & SWITCH!! The place was smelly, old, run down and in a bad area. The curtains were hanging from random hooks in places and barely there. The room smelled so bad I had to open the window Thank goodness I was on the 3rd floor. There was mold in the shower. The bedding was so thin it’s see through. The mattress is from 1960. Never again!!! It was late & I was exhausted. I wrapped myself in my personal blanket & laid on top of the sheet.

Lots of eating choices close by and downtown was easy reached. Hotel did have a barking dog in it although not for long. Breakfast was very disappointing as we went to breakfast at 7.50am, no bagels, bread, muffins at all, no choice of porridge, only a few yogurts left. Staff were on hand but didn't refill anything or ask if we wanted anything. It was sufficient, we had a waffle and juice but felt a bit undervalued as a paying customer. Also felt some of the guests were long term residents and congregated in the doorways. We only stayed one night as planned but I doubt we'd go back

I am not satisfied with the hotel at all if I can get a refund or half price I would appreciate Rugs town floor in room had sticky stiff over it hardly anything for breakfast when we went down there like 1 sausage for the biscuit. Hard to tell with the pictures on internet but not worth the 87.00 I paid

Check in was good, good staff, good price, room was nice except the curtains and ratted chair that need replaced Tv went crazy and wouldn't turn off/on, volume wouldn't work and had to plug/unplug to turn on/off Hotel staff checked the tv and nothing they could do to fix the issue The Breakfast was terrible, yogurt, twinkles, juice Save yourself time and go out for Breakfast Carpet was worn and needs replaced

This was a budget property, but really very nice and a good value! It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but for the price you can’t complain! Very big TV in the room!
