The staff is amazing never rude with you when you need something as well as make sure you do get what you need and things like that they are over all a good place . The breakfast could be a little better but can’t always have what we want lol 😆 threat place

the elevators where pretty slow so we used the stairs often. which was really the only down side. the place was super quiet, staff was friendly. and the convince of being able to walk to food places as well as a grocery store right across the street. I also didn't like that I was not able to use my husband card to pay for the room since the reservation was in my name even tho he was standing right next to me. and I stated that it was for 2 adult and 1 child.

The place was not bad over all. The room really smelled of stale smoke but luckily the windows opened to air it out. The deposit policy was weird but we're not from the area so it may be normal. The elevator was expired which is a little worrisome since we had to use it. Water pressure in the shower was plenty and then some.

After paying my room reservation in full they charged me again when checking in. Also they charged a deposit that was not disclosed in any of my pre-check in information. But foremost we had cockroaches crawling on the walls and furniture. They just said "sorry"

Very convenient. They charged us the pet fee for both dogs, when I had gotten the impression that it was not on a per-pet basis. On the other hand, when we arrived in the breakfast room a few minutes after it closed, they re-opened it for us.

This property is discussing, very dirty, animals walking around, barking all night and peeing in the hallway. Woke up in the morning with dog hair all over my pajamas, the linens were filthy. The list goes on I expressed my concerns to the front desk and all they could say is that the hotel is pet friendly.

We were in a pet friendly room, it smelled, the sheets and towels were awful. We went to WalMart and got room freshener and a blanket to use. We were only there because we evacuated for Hurricane Milton, I would not recommend it at all. The wall had something spilled on it, the trim around the door in the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. I wiped everything down with clorox wipes. The only good thing was the staff.

The fire sprinklers in several places are pushed up into the ceiling, the emergency exit lights are broken. And the elevator inspection that is posted in the elevator expires in 2022. “Breakfast” is tiny cereal boxes, individual packaged mini-muffins, and plastic wrapped slices of bread. The sheets (that used to be white I’m guessing) are a yellow-brown color.

The Room could be a very very nice room,but it really needs some detailed cleaning. There was trash on the floor under the sofa. The baseboards (edge of carpet) dust is very thick.has not been cleaned for a long time.

Filthy/Stained sheets “Hidden Areas” of the room needed cleaning. Lamp taped together. Dust on bedside lamp.
