Really love to stay here with my boyfriend. Was so lucky, we got a room with the view of Navy Pier. So romantic at night with the lights from out there. Will stay there again next time!

Location of the hotel is very good, we can go to many places on foot. Unfortunately, room service is not so good. They didn’t give sugar everyday. One day he put dirty towel on the bedside lamp. I really hope the hotel can improve the room service

I like the location but no slippers in the room and needs to request for toothpaste and toothbrush.
