Easy as pie

We love this hotel because you can walk to Kyle Field or read arena. The decor is always so fun and supports Texas A&M at every turn! We will definitely be back.

This is such a beautiful hotel!! We LOVE staying here! Staff is amazing from the front desk to the bistro to the restaurant.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly but the bed was not comfortable. Overall it was nice, we just didn't sleep well.

The hotel looks great from the outside and the TAMU branding is amazing but the hotel is a bit run down. Not to mention, there is a train that runs all night and it is extremely loud so you can't sleep.

Very easy walk for basketball, baseball, and football games.

This is overall a very nice property with a nice staff. But unfortunately, on this reservation, they did not hit the mark at all. Because of a medical condition, I requested a room with a bathtub, and they checked me into a dirty room without a bathtub first. Granted I was on crutches, and this particular room was super far down the hall, so l they sent somebody up with keys about 20 minutes later for a new room that had a bathtub. Later in the evening, when I went to take a bath that bathtub did not have a drain plug. They had to call maintenance up to fix it. After a half hour, the maintenance person couldn’t fix it, but basically gave me a solution that was a pain in the ass. When I checked, and I asked if I could get a late check out and the person at the desk at the time so that shouldn’t be a problem at all we’re not that busy. Just check in the morning. Came back in the morning. Was told flat out no. So unfortunately, I’m leaving this reservation fairly unhappy.

Such a great spot since simply across the street from Kyle Field. Easy walking through campus and near some shopping.

Comfortable, friendliest university city in Texas

Very nice building. Staff very nice. But everything seemed a bit off. Long checkin because only one worker on duty, who was on the phone. Food sounded good but something odd about all dishes. Signs were oddly vague and ambiguous. Just weird. I stay in a lot of hotels. It seemed like if you just knew everything it would be great. Also trains go through all night and blow whistles. There were ear plugs on the desk in the room.

Only issue was elevator use at peak times.

Very clean. Staff was courteous. Very convenient to on campus activities. The bar/grill was understaffed. There seemed to be a lot of commotion in the hallways in the early morning hours.

We stayed because we were attending a game at TAMU. This hotel was in the perfect location. Bailey at the front desk was so friendly at check in. The hotel itself was spacious and immaculately clean. They thought of every little Aggie detail. Wonderful stay! We’ll be back!

Super convenient, right on TAMU campus. Very clean and sttentive staff

Very friendly staff. Only issue, is that the facility is located in close proximity to train tracks. The commercial trains run at night and make a habit of blowing their horn right by the hotel.
