The hotel itself was very nice, check in and out was great. We had breakfast and it was terrible. Pancakes were burnt, my poached eggs were not runny. Everything was cold. The waiter never came back to check on our meal or service. When we complained, the chef said next time he would make it right. If the waiter had come back we could have maybe gotten the meal redone but not even offering us compensation was a slap in the face. We would come back to the hotel if we are in the area but never the restaurant. And our coffee cups were dirty. He brought me a new one and it was also dirty, had to use styrofoam cup

this was our second trip to the Hacienda. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the staff. Shout out to Nicole, Mai-Li , Heather and of course Oscar ! we will definitely go back.
My only disappointment was on our last night, there was a wedding and due to weather the reception had to me moved to indoors, which took the whole lobby, restaurant and bar area. The hotel guest did not have access to the bar and Sunday brunch. Luckily there are lots of other bars and restaurants within walking distance which we took advantage of.

What a wonderful little find. The charm of The Hacienda was gorgeous and immaculately clean! The staff was friendly and welcoming. We always put up our do not disturb sign at our room but each time we came out of the room the housekeepers when seeing us would ask if there was anything we needed. Definitely will be back when in the area!

Room 310-had to ask fro a mini-fride several times, no space in the bathroom with a tiny toilet and pedestal sink. Everything else was great including Oscar, night manager.
