Had a wonderful time on our engagement weekend. Staff was friendly. Lots to do in the heart of Waikiki, a block from the beach. With duke’s street market below us. 9/10 valet was an issue bc we never got the ticket.

The hotel is nicely positioned in Waikiki. We could walk to the beach in about 5 minutes and to about any restaurant in no more than 10. The staff was immensely helpful and friendly throughout. We had a handicapped accessible room (which we didn’t request or require). It was a bit more spacious, but the shower water bled into the floor if the bathroom. Engineering couldn’t fix it. Just inconvenient. The on-site restaurant was nice, although they could refresh the cushion covers. Food was good, Mai Tais need to be fresher :). Our bed was rather firm, but I liked it. My wife much less so. Pool area is very nice. The pool is swim able but shallow and the water was a good temperature. Overall we had a very nice stay and enjoyed ourselves at the Laylow.

5-night stay. The location is 5-10min walk to every resource you need in Waikīkī. It is also more convenient for taking a ride comparing with the hotels beside the beach. There is a Welcome Basket in the room, it contains chocolate, snacks, and a tote bag. The bag is very useful for carrying all the stuff for hanging around the beach. Recommend to stay in upper floors where are less interrupted by the noise from the street and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time on our 2nd anniversary. The room was so comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. All staff were friendly and warm. So much food and shops within a 2 minute walk. We definitely would love to stay here again!!! A thing to note, there are 2 bar/restaurants at the base of the hotel. Everyday both were always hopping with great live music in the evening. We didn’t mind as we love live music and enjoyed it from our balcony, but could hear faintly when we closed the sliding door. Just something to keep in mind.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It is extremely well located with great places to eat in the vicinity and a very easy walk to the beach. The street is lively but the rooms are quiet. We appreciated the shaved ice and lei making with beautiful flowers. It it a great place to stay.

Great location, we got a corner room so it was spacious, but the hotel is in the middle of all the buildings, if you're looking for view, this might not be it. It's right across from the International Village's (shopping center) above ground multi-storied parking garage. Our room was on the 7th floor and still in full view of the packade, I think you'd have to be like 9-10 or above to avoid staring right at that guy who's leaning on the ledge and smoking while staring at hotel rooms.

Staff was great minus one interaction on one night. Food was spectacular. Room service was quick. Valet was expensive and not efficient. Overall would recommend, maybe not at this price though.
