The bathrooms weren’t clean and there were missing items that were included. I really believe housekeeping was slacking in their job duties.

Comfortable rooms, great restaurant and bar staff, professional service and a very popular rooftop bar. Busy with wedding groups in the summer weekends.

The Logan is nice, but it’s the staff that make it a good hotel. From the nighttime maintenance worker (he gave my friend and I a rose) to the concierge, they make it comfortable and enjoyable to be there. My room was what you’d expect. I did bring my car but planned for parking .2 miles away because $15 and a little exercise versus the $70 that’s charged for valet is a no brainer.

Everything were perfect. From staff, location and food inside were great.

I traveled through the night to attend the Eagles home opener from South Carolina. Check in was at 4pm. At 8:30am I tried to pay the front desk for a pro-rated cost to check in early. The woman behind the counter at the time was neither friendly nor helpful. She told me I could use the valet parking for $72 which would not even count towards the 6pm-6am parking hours for that day that I would be charged later on. However, after paying for parking in a safe area I called the hotel again in the afternoon. I once again requested an early check in and was met by my hero Katherine! She got me in a room by 1pm. I was able to rest up for the game. The hotel is beautiful and you can feel the luxury in the lobby. Parking was exorbitant. You also must pay for parking anywhere you go in the City. Other than that incident with the first woman at the front desk my experience was amazing!

As expected

Just an over night with friends to attend a celebration nearby. The Logan was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and there were two weddings at the hotel that day - they were so colorful and filled with joy. The hotel seemed to handle all the activity with grace and professionalism. The staff were always kind, efficient and seemed happy to be helping me with whatever I needed.

We stayed for our anniversary and the staff was incredible. They put a gift in our room and made sure our stay was a good one. The room was nice and had good furnishings (this was previously a Four Seasons and it showed). Check out the pool!

Check-in was a breeze, the room was immaculate, the amenities were one of the best experiences in any Philly hotel we’ve stayed in. The gym and the pool are accurately described as a spa/wellness area. The saltwater pool was the perfect temperature, and the kind of place you don’t have to worry about Marco Polo, overcrowding, children or loud, obnoxious and profane music. The restaurants, bars, sculptures and artwork throughout the hotel all made it a stellar experience. Conveniently located to everything worth going to in the city. We will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended!
