We left my daughter’s iPad in our room when we checked out only realising at the airport. I called lost & found and together with housekeeping they were excellent. Super helpful and polite, they found it and got it back to us within a week. Awesome service!

Beautiful hotel close enough to the crowd and far enough to be quiet. The prices of the mini bar are not acceptable and give a bad feeling of abusing guests.

I stay approximately 150 room nights a year with Marriott and the W Vegas is one of the worst experiences I’ve had in the last 10yrs.

I received no soap besides what was locked in the shower! I pumped soap in a glass to take a bath! Everything else was great!

It was beautiful but the hallways were a little too dark. Plus the room had the former hotels name on the phone.
Also, I have stayed in many hotels. Usually coffee to be made in the room is free. They tried to charge me $8 a cup. With all of the money casinos make m, that is an insult.

Hotel is showing its age. Runny toilets, burnt out light bulbs, inability to connect to wife, long hold times for guest services. Didn’t feel luxe or special. Just overpriced and tired.

This property needs a refresh and some major updates. No restaurant in hotel but some available in connected hotel. Gym is small with limited equipment. Spa not opened 3 days of our stay.

The hotel has great potential but there are some improvements necessary. Minibar is extremely expensive (16 usd for coffee), failed to attach two reservations and I needed to reissue a key again. I hope they recover as I like this hotel a lot.

My shower was very dirty. I got in late and wanted to take a shower and saw that it had not been cleaned. It had white soap. Luckily I always take sandals everywhere because I wasn’t about to change rooms at 2:00 am after I had unpacked.

The rooms were nice but missing basic amenities like a refrigerator and microwave, and the customer service was virtually nonexistent. It’s essentially a DIY hotel where you check in and issue your own room keys. For any issues, you have to text through the app and hope for a response. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay or location, but I wouldn’t return unless there was an exceptional deal.
