Definitely one of the friendliest staffs I've ever met. From front desk check-in, to cleaning staff smiling and saying hello in the hallway, to the doorman/concierge being quick to help us get out safely despite the bad weather. (all this with a large convention in the building keeping everyone very busy!).
Interesting layout with the long curves hallways.
The room was ok. Pretty typical, but still very clean. My only notes are about items like door latches and shower knobs being broken & hard to use. And previous visits we always had a mini fridge that was lacking this time. Minor things really.

One of the best hotel staffs. Very friendly. The only negative thing was rowdy young people being loud between 3 and 5 am coming back from New Year celebrations.

The staff was patient, fast, very polite and friendly. All request were handled quickly and polite. This was my first stay and I will stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Disorganized and Unpleasant Stay
I recently stayed at the Washington Hilton DC, and my experience was far below expectations. The stay was riddled with issues, starting with a parking pass that didn’t work as described and breakfast not being included, despite being advertised otherwise.
The most frustrating part of my stay was being locked out of my room on New Year’s Day because the hotel failed to link my two-night reservation. I had called ahead to confirm this, and my Hilton Honors app showed both nights were linked. However, the front desk insisted the reservations were separate and placed the blame on me instead of addressing their internal miscommunication.
There was no effort to notify me of the issue before locking me out. To add to the inconvenience, I was escorted by security to retrieve my credit card for another deposit, even though I had already paid at check-in. This was both humiliating and unnecessary.
As a frequent traveler and loyal Hilton Honors member, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability. I expected better service and communication. I cannot recommend this property and would advise others to look for alternatives that value their guests’ experience.

I called the hotel before arrival to know what time is the late check in . The front desk on the phone seems very bothered for just asking questions over the phone. Also when I was checking in around 12:30 pm at night in person the lady was distracted singing and not paying attention at all . I was very chocked because I stayed to that property many times in the past but the front desk stuff are definitely insane with poor customer service .
