I was greeted as I walked in. Staff at desk was friendly. Any questions that I had was answered. To enter into building from lobby to your room you needed your room key. Which I liked. It was quiet which is what i needed. Shopping Mall and restaurants were close.

No one at desk when we arrived 7:30 in evening. No one at desk when we left 10 am had to call 500 number on where to put key. Should have a drop box for when someone is not around as i felt uncomfortable to just leave it there.

Upon checking into our room, it was unclean, dirty sheets, no pillow cases, dirty floors, used washcloths and towels. this was incredibly disappointing and not reflective of the quality advertised by your establishment.
When we approached the front desk to address this issue, we were not only met with dismissive behavior but were also accused of presenting a fake ID card—despite the fact that it had been accepted during the check-in process. This was both offensive and deeply unprofessional.
We were on the 4th floor and someone was partying next door til 4am. We got no sleep despite having to be up at 6am the next morning.
Never staying here again, do not recommend.

The place had cement on the floor outside the door as if the building was under construction. The rooms smelled akwardly, like mildew. I would not advise going here.

My girlfriend and I booked a room for the night and was not aware of a check in window, 3-10pm. We arrived 10 minutes past that check in window and the front desk door was locked. We called a number and finally got in touch with someone who worked there. When we finally received assistance the lady working the front desk stated she called me to ask what time we would arrive but did not leave a message so I was not aware. When we finally got all checked in we headed to our room, when we got in we noticed that the room was not cleaned, towels on the floor, bed not made, as if someone just checked out of that room.

We were on the first floor and very close to the entrance, unfortunately the air conditioner blew the smoke in the room from what the people outside were smoking (cigarette/marijuana). It was not a pleasant smell! This was a constant smell, so the room smelt awful! My advice is to move were people can smoke away from the entrance and/or away from the air conditioner units that way it will not pull that smell inside your rooms.
On a good note the beds are very comfortable and your staff is super nice!

The room stinks with some strange and very strong smell. Staff is not helpful at all. It’s a newer facility. If you hoping to use kitchen there are hardly any plates or cookware.

The front desk closed at 6PM.
I checked in at 5:30pm, after finishing dinner outside, I back to the room, noticed that there was no soap and shampoo.
Front desk was closed and there were no one on duty. Only a small note on the paper said can call 555.
I called 555 told the woman on the phone that I need soap and shampoo, she was half sleep and told me I should wait until next morning 10am. Or I can wait at the front desk to see if anyone show up.
This is ridiculous and not acceptalbe.
At 9:30 pm, I have to drive to find a grocery buy shampoo for my first night stay.
And the the next morning no wifi and some of the power supply in the room did not work.
The next 2 days, wifi is not statable and this is the awful feel stay in the hotel. TERRIBLE.

Hotel was clean. Quite much noise from other rooms. I-75 is next to it so it's not a quiet place, lots of noise from traffic. Power outage on the morning of last day was a bit of inconvenience. Had to go to Starbucks to charge my phone and to use internet.
